Subway — Restaurant in Florida

i came here weeks ago and instructed the white woman that works there to wash her hands before servicing me. i asked her in a polite way, she refused to take my order after that. i didn’t say anything. i came here on my lunch break and was met with the same white woman. i asked her if she could wash her hands, she became very rude, and refused to service me again. i was confused as to what the issue was, she proceeded to pull out her phone and take a picture of me. that’s when i really got upset. telling me she was putting me on facebook. im still genuinely confused as to what her issue was, if i was rude to her i would’ve understood her frustration. she told me that she has people from China coming and they’re going to cook me 😂😂😂 that’s when i began to cuss at her and she threatened to call the police on me. this is very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. i worked here years ago, it was my first job at 16 so i will be letting management know. if nothing is done i will be going to corporate. i don’t know if it’s because i am a black woman because as i stated above this isn’t her first time being nasty towards me, but no one should be treated this way and im glad that ive been having a good day because if not it could’ve potentially ruined my whole day, considering i came here for my...

Dashing and told them their phone number was disconnected both in the app and when calling through google. I was given an aggressive response by an employee who i was not talking to, told i called the wrong location (it's in the HCA hospital, right? Tell me i'm wrong 😁) and when picking up the order i was told by the same aggressive employee, "you shouldn't be ordering food here if you have a problem calling" as if i'm the one who made the order.. hm.

Environment was awkward feeling and tense, then again might just be because it's located in a hospital. Haven't eaten there but subway is subway so you get what you pay for. If you want a clean environment but aggressive staff, you'll definitely have it...
