Employee that took my order was the only person making orders for customers that came in to order. Which is a common thing to do if the drive through is backed up. The employee had to leave the finish the order they where making and hand it out, then come to the front counter to take my order, then stay and take another order before they casually walked back and did a couple things before washing their hands and handling utensils and other items in the assembly area while casually putting on gloves and handling the same things they just handled without gloves cross contaminating everything they touched. Then they finally made my order and handed it to me before going back and making the next order. Using a single employee to make orders for the lobby while also taking orders and collecting on them while having 4 people making drive through orders and a 5th to take the orders and a 6th to hand it out seems as if the manager doesn't know how to properly staff the store. If you are going to do that you need to have an employee that knows the word hustle. And this one only knew how to take her time. She didn't so anything in a hurry. So the fact I was in a hurry was irrelevant. She wasn't doing anything any faster than she cared to. But in reality she should have been doing one station or the other. Management needs to be properly trained on how to station their employees to get the best service. Someone that has no interest in being in a hurry doesn't need the lunch shift and should probably be cleaning the lobby, or at home where they can take all the time they want. Not only is my order always wrong (not how I order, or missing items), but the professionalism of the staff is atrocious. 7/26/2025 @ 12:25 am Order number 525 Hayley was the attendant at the window, twice she asked if she could take my order and while I was actively speaking, she (on the mic) started speaking over me and talking to people at the window. At one point she starts loudly stating that she is at the window and waving her arms as if trying to navigate a plane to land! I had to inform her that I was still trying to place my full and complete order. My order was 1 large baja drink 1chicken quesadilla with extra chicken 2 bean burritos with no onions 2 double stacked tacos 1 beef soft taco 1 side of nacho cheese sauce. The order was completely incorrect. The chicken quesadilla not only didn’t have extra chicken but NO chicken at all. The 2 bean burritos had lettuce on them. The beef taco was missing. Since we (the patrons) are always charged for items and rarely get the full order, one must ask – is this location running a scam? Are the staff willing and knowingly stealing from customers? Read moreOn 6/18/25 between 11 and 11:30pm I went thru the drive-thru after ordering online. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru and they ended up giving me the wrong order. Thankfully I was at the hotel next door so when I went back to get the proper order which they messed up a second time forgetting items. I told the manager that she needs to coach her team to do better especially in non-busy situations and all I was met with was excuses followed by the sliding window shutting my face and the person who was cooking a short-haired brunette started mouthing off to me. Whoever those workers were and I believe the manager's name was Hazel (who is the one who shut the window on me) should be removed from their jobs. Not only were they unprofessional and lacking any kind of care but to slam the sliding window in their face over a complaint and then to have one of the workers start mouthing off to you goes beyond coaching and second chances. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office as well. Let's not forget these are the people that want $20 an hour yet can't even get an order right the first or second time.
