This Taco Bell is genuinely the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. I live nearby and typically don’t get off of work until 11, so I’ve stopped by occasionally. They claim to be open until 3 am but the past four times I’ve gone they have had one excuse after another. Excuses include: random system update that will take 20-30 minutes to complete (no ordering allowed at 11 pm), not being able to accept cash, not being able to accept debit or credit cards, not having taco shells (and other miscellaneous staple items). One night my boyfriend left, got cash and placed his order. When we got home we discovered that they had put what had to have been fire sauce on every single item that we had ordered. I’m a guest service supervisor at a nearby hotel and I genuinely can’t understand how/if this place even makes any money past 11 o’clock when the employees literally choose to close it down. Judging by other reviews, it’s clearly something that they do to everyone. Last night I watched the two cars in front of me leave because their excuse of the night was that their system was “down”. The employees are rude and lazy. Last night I told them that I would speak with a manager in the morning and the disgruntled employee I was speaking with through the intercom claimed to be a manager. She is the one that claims to be closed early every night. Every person at this location needs to either find a job elsewhere or receive thorough training (both operationally and service-wise).

She looked at me rolled her eyes then said sir place order on the screen in very poor english i told her i did and she walked off about 10 minutes passed my then she screamed at me saying she cant place an order that i have to donit at the computer i screamed back and told her i did i just needed to pay she got upset and came and took my payment while mumbling in spanish which i understood as im hispanic she then treated the customer after me the same way he was a senior and couldnt understand the kiosk she proceeded to yell at him and he yelled back she finally took his order but with an attitude. Read morei just ordered uber eats from tacobell, im 90% sure it came from this location as this one is closest to me. i ordered 2 minutes before close...not my proudest moment as i know the employees want to go home, but i was starving lol. i ordered a quesadilla and a taco. the taco was great but the chicken quesadilla was absolutely terrible. usually, i get the chicken quesadilla and its great, but this time the chicken was old and slimey, and it was a dark brown color. i even questioned myself thinking "did i accidentally tell them to put beef in this? its really dark like beef, slimey, and it doesn't taste like chicken" i gave the food 2 stars because although the quesadilla was terrible, the taco was good enough to bring it from one, to two stars. for the service and the atmosphere i give the median of 3 stars as i was not in the building and didn't interact with anyone. i really hope the employees didnt give me bad chicken out of spite for ordering late. taco bell, i really hope i don't get salmonella. thank you for listening to...
