So I went inside and was second in like the cashier became distracted in conversation with her previous customer even though I was standing in front of her, after I place my order I waited 15 + minutes for my order as I waited I notice the cutting blade has not been whipped clean the cuting boards are covered in lettuce, tomato, and what looks to be ground beef with no regard to wanting to clean it up , then a two employee switch headset and both didn’t remove there gloves and continue to make orders with there contaminated gloves another employee started clean the floor with her gloves on and also continue to make nacho chips , and after I got my order and I was handed the wrong order I came back and ask to be fix and I was greeted with attitude and frustration, even though they messed up my food. Read moreWe went for lunch and the manager Sandra was clearly not in the mood. We ordered through the drive thru and noticed we got the wrong size drink and Mexican pizza was missing. We parked and went back inside to ask. The employee working the front said the reason we didn’t get a large was because they had no lids, we got large cup anyway we were fine and they made us a Mexican pizza. We went back to the car and decided to just check the entire order. We found our chalupas had no meat in them. So we went back inside and the employee said sorry and got the manager Sandra who stuck her finger in the chalupas to shows us one small piece of steak saying there is meat. And then when we asked for sauce she walked behind us and grabbed two handfuls and slammed it into the bag and with an attitude asked if there is any other problems. Not sure what the issue was but if we spend $30-40 we would like our order to be correct. Ask for the food again I ordered two bean burrito tacos and as for the second store the food wasn't hot the cheese wasn't melted on it the beans were lukewarm the taco shell itself was a soft taco but cold and lumpy because person that wrapped it obviously did not know how to wrap it and it looked like they just rolled it together and it was all lumpy Through The Chew while trying to eat it you had to take small bites because it it is what it is. It all appeared to me that the employees were not interested at being at work creating good food product over the counter they all acted like I don't want to be here but I have to be here not very good attitude towards customers.
