BARNLYS has been catering for my family for years so when it came time for my engagement celebration, it was a natural choice. It was truly a pleasure working with Uncle Anand Dwarkanauth and his team, and even the coordinators at my venue raved about him afterward given his high level of professionalism.

BARNLYS specializes in Guyanese, all South Indian and American cuisines and Uncle Anand is a true master chef. For my engagement celebration, he helped to create two perfectly paired menus for my 250+ guests for the two-day Guyanese and Indian event. We had two separate tastings with him for each of the menus and everything was mouthwatering. Even my fiancé from India was delighted by all the Indian options Uncle Anand could prepare and quite impressed with how authentic and true to the cuisine everything was.

And sure enough, our guests felt the same as well. On day one of the celebrations, we catered Guyanese seven curry after our religious engagement ceremony and day two it was an Indian menu with some American options at the engagement reception. And, the level of service was bar none. The buffet stations were replenished in a timely and orderly fashion and our guests were thrilled by all the options for both dinners -- and even the wings and vada pav (which Uncle Anand is quite famous for) as the midnight snack were all delectable. My guests were amazed that both exquisite menus were catered from the same establishment, but Uncle Anand certainly is a master of his craft. We also catered a few options for a family celebration at our home following the two-day event and our family just couldn't get enough of the food from BARNLYS.

Barnlys Catering was the perfect choice for our Hindu wedding week because Anand went above and beyond for us! Anand catered both families in two separate cities for multiple pre-wedding festivities, including catering our wedding weekend.
