OK so I was trying to be nice but I guess they just want to hire people purely based on diversity who hate their job and hate the customers so guess what now I am leaving this review. So all this happened within the span of a week. I ordered food from taco bell it was so amazing I loved it ordered it again. This time they kept canceling my order. I thought ok I don't know why they are going out of their way to make the krder then throw it all out then make it all over again clearly someone here hates their job and is trying to sabotage this branch. I specifically asked my Uber driver was he canceling the orders and he said no.
I finally get the order and I had ordered a burrito and fries. Burrito was amazing but instead of fries I got some random soft shell tacos. Ok. Not at all what I ordered but whatever I tried to be nice
Today I ordered the same exact burrito I've ordered from this place for like five times and fries. Same order. I go home bag rips apart into many pieces now alright maybe j ordered the food being too heavy. Ok. Fair enough I told them hey sorry maybe I ordered the food too heavy I apologized. I offered the receipt and I scooped up the food in a trash bag. They asked for the trash bag but not the receipt
The young white blonde girl with glasses I spoke with before was extremely nice and kind. The black girl with her hair tied up was scowling threw the bags at me and gave me a massive attitude. By the way I haven't touched the bags since she threw them at me and one kf the bags is ripped

I realize irs a tough job market but there are a lot of people looking for work Maybe next time instead of hiring someone for their skin color so you can talk about how stunning and brave you are

Read moreI brought my 2 daughters here to eat dinner, after they finished track practice at school. We wanted to eat inside to just relax, enjoy a meal, and catch up for the day. Unfortunately none of that happened. It took a while for someone to even come to the counter. We ordered a lot of food, which some was not made correctly. I took the stuff that was wrong back up to the counter to see if they could fix it. There were already 3 people waiting at the counter, who had not been helped. I stepped to the side and said "excuse me", pretty loud to get anyone's attention. The girl came out, who took my order and said that they don't melt the cheese on tacos only the meat, which is weird because I went to another Taco Bell 2 days ago and they seemed to know how to get it right. I also asked for some cheese that was supposed to be on my daughter's power bowl, but was left off, as well as some Chipotle sauce the chicken tacos because there really wasn't any on them, but she never showed back up lol! The other people that were still waiting were also getting extremely upset. After the people at the counter were finally taken care of, the employees locked the doors to the lobby. At least 6 Door Dash and 2 other companies came to the door, they were told to go through the drive-thru, which was really backed up.....I informed then that if they don't get the good in time or off it's cold, if the order gets canceled because it's taking too long, these workers have to pay for this and get bad reviews, the Taco Bell employees response was "oh well"! There were only 3 people working with no manager in sight... Completely unacceptable! I opened the door 2 times for Door Dash, who was told again to go through the drive-thru, and was yelled at by the employee to not unlock the door! Poor customer service, poor food service, and a night I was looking forward to completely ruined! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS...
Read moreAs someone who worked in fast food for 5 years, this review is not me being some stuck up snob because believe me I know- it's just Taco Bell. However, I've had multiple problems at this location and always tried to brush it off because i know all too well how this industry is. But tonight absolutely absurd. I had a coupon for a free meal, which the owner herself gave to me. The ''manager" told me it wasn't for one of their locations, and I replied back with the owners name, asking if they were in fact the owners, which they are. And this woman wanted to argue saying she didn't know who they were. How in the hell do you not know who owns your place of employment?? And I've used these coupons at this location in the past so I know it's one of their stores. They completely destroyed my order. Even after 'is everything correct on the screen'. After they took the coupon, I sat and waited and waited (4 other cars behind me) for them to collect the remainder of money that I owed. I raised up my money so the cashier kid could see it. He just kept completely ignoring me. Fed up with waiting, I drove off. Pissed because of the way I had been treated, I of course, didn't check the food. And half the order wasn't right at all. This wasn't an overly picky special request overload of an order. No onions... Simple. Incompetency really has no place...
