Probably the weirdest fast food experience I’ve ever had. Feb 23 about 5:45 I pull up to the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me I checkin at the speaker box and pull up to the first window and was told I had to go inside because they were just so far behind on orders (there were two people inside at the time and both cars in front of me got there’s in the drive thru line) I step inside and take a seat next to the other two guys inside. There seems to be some kind of argument between the guy at the drive thru window taking orders and some kind of manager (I’m assuming) they begin to yell at each other about the man at the window being the shift lead and that he’s in charge, and the woman arguing back that he isn’t a manager and she is. The other two customers have left at this point and even the other employees are giving me awkward glances knowing I’m right there listening to all of it. It gets bad to the point where the shift lead threatened to call the cops on the woman and have her trespassed. I finally went up to the register and asked if my food was almost done and he said nobody had checked me in. So had to wait more and finally the food came out they asked if I got my drink I said no and they got it for me handed me my food and drink and said “your sauce is in the bag” they gave me quite literally 1 singular fire sauce packet ( I ordered 2 burritos 2 tacos) it killed me a little bit inside. Total wait time was 30 minutes with only 4 other customers the entire time I was there. Not sure why I was forced to go inside. The guy screaming about being shift lead was all over and originally was the guy who said he checked me in and told me to wait inside they are too busy. Didn’t see much of the woman but when I did she was calm collective and very nice to the employees and customers. Not that this location will care but I’m just going to drive to the Niceville Taco Bell from now on. And whoever this Jeff guy is who everybody was threatening to call might want to find out what’s going on...
Read moreSo i placed a doordash order for pickup and went through the drive thru ofcourse, and the first time around they gabe me the wrong order, and I needed to write down what I ordered. So the guy, forgot his name, but he was pretty cool during this whole thing, came out and got the paper from me that had what I ordered. He then comes back out and gives me the bag, so I went home, and fought out that the chalupas were wrong, 2 chipotle chicken melts were missing, I was missing 2 ordered of nachos and cheese, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and 1 beefy crunchy taco. So i drove back and told him at the window what was missing (mind you the lines were pretty long all 3 times I need to get my food corrected) so then he told me to park up front like before and he brought out a bag of food and apologized. So then I check the food in the bag and there was still food missing. So went back through the drive thru to order the 2 missing cheesy bean and rice burritos, and beefy crunchy taco, and told him what's missing and then he gave me another bag, and I just drove home because I've been at tacobell for about an hour now, and when I got home, the 2 burritos were made incorrectly, and there was no crunchy taco. One of my worst experience ever at this tacobell, even though the dude was nice. I feel like I should get a refund...
Read moreThis is one of the most trash Taco Bell's I've ever been to. I have ordered food through Doordash twice from here, both times my order messed up. I've also gone drive thru 4 times, and my order also has always been messed up. It's just me, and I always get the same thing, which is a quesarito with potatoes instead of meat and sometimes an order of chips and cheese. There's been times that I've gotten a completely random order (once was a quesadilla, chalupa, and cinnamon twists), and other times I've gotten either a chicken quesarito, or they put a lot of tomatoes in my quesarito. Quesaritos don't even have tomatoes in them, and I really hate tomatoes. Another downside is how long that drive thru line takes to get through. I once waited 15 minutes at the speaker just to have my order taken, and an additional 30 minutes to get my food and there were only 2 or 3 cars in front of me. On top of that, that was one of the times they gave me someone else's order so I had to get back in line. Fortunately, some of the staff members are kind, but on the other hand some of them are quite rude. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house, and I hate that I now have had so many poor experiences that I have to drive further to a...
