This is normally my favorite resturant as I come in weekly but not anymore. When certain staff members are working they never answer their phone.Today I came in to order my food because they didn't answer any of my calls when I was on my way. I said hello I tried to call you guys and she just looked at me.The lady in the front did not greet me but said "what is it that you want" and kept whispering when I asked her what she was saying. She was not focused not paying attention to anything that I said. My order came to $20.25 and I gave the woman $21 she left the register and didn't say anything, didn't give me my change nor did she give me a receipt I had to ask another staff member what did she do with my change. She told me that she charged me for limes and the resturant never does that. I spoke with another male staff member whom is normally customer service oriented and advised him on what happened as he seems me alot coming in he just said he understood and walked away. When the server got my order the bag was full of lemons. I went back and asked if I am paying for extra limes where are they the male server was rude and said that they have no limes and I said so what am I paying for extra limes for as the staff member should have told me that they didn't have any. Both of them were rude and kept disregarding me and my issues as if they did not care as they kept ignoring me and putting there hands in the air like "oh well". I know one of the owners family members that work there and she would have never treated me like that as she is always professional, customer service oriented and cares about the business as well as the older staff members.The two staff members that were working in the morning of April 24, 2021 around 11:30am have no business working there especially without a manager being present and definitely need to be re trained as they don't care how this business is being conducted. I hope the manager sees this and makes some adequate changes as he lost a customer that has always showed love to their business weekly. I gave my food back to them and no not once did they say say I'm sorry as they just rolled there eyes and turned around. They did not even consider giving my change back at all. That would be the last contribution they recieve from me. I hope for your companies sake they did not take the money and pocket it themselves. Read moreLet me start off by saying this: I love tacos. TAC has some of the best tacos around. But this is by far the worst location to get tacos! First of all we specifically order the tacos de chorizo with hard shell instead of soft. we pick up our food head to the beach only to look in the container and see the tacos are soft. I wont lie it irked me a little knowing that they messed up what i asked for but i was hungry so i proceed to eat it. Not only did they mess up the tortilla but first bite in to it, the chorizo was dry as hell and worst of all cold. It's like they literally put however old chorizo they had and threw it in my taco. It was horrendous! Not only that they even had the audacity to wrap it in tin foil as if it was hot. Insulting! I had to drive back and demand my money back. By far the worst experience i had with this place and it sucks because they actually have good tacos. They lost a customer in me. If you are upper management i hope you're reading this review. The food just has to be better. The workers there put absolutely no effort in to my order. Ridiculous they couldn't even get the right tortilla...
Read moreI’m a Palm beach state college student, I came in during lunch time to pick up my order I placed 30 mins before picking it up. I got there I paid and the lady at the front desk told me my phone was ready which she lied because I stood there for 10 mins and the food never came. I got to the restaurant at 12:24 I placed my order at 11:52, just for me to stand there an extra 10 min having to leave the restaurant at 12:39 with no food because it wasn’t ready. What was the point in taking my order. The worst part was customer service, this random other lady doing receptionist that day when I told the original lady I spoke to “it’s okay if it’s not ready I’ll take my refund” , she came with an attitude and told me I’ll give it back to you here. So I left with no one who apologized about the wait. She needs to get herself together, because if I was a rude customer the situation could’ve went left. And I’m not sure if it’s because I was a different race leading to me getting treated that way...
