The fry on the chicken tenders was perfect. The sauce? absolutely delicious. The blue cheese dressing is amazing! The order arrived to our table in less than 5 minutes flat.
But the bathroom was a horrible mess, The main trash can was overflowing with paper on the floor.
The chicken strips, loaded with sauce, were served on a plastic basket with holes in the bottom, on top of a piece of wax paper. It came with a knife to properly cut the chicken strips, but the only actual plates were essentially the size of coffee cup saucers and I don't know if I was supposed to use them to attempt to cut up my chicken on and then sop up the sauce from the wax paper, or if I was supposed to cut up my chicken on the wax paper. I opted for the latter, cutting my chicken on the wax paper, ending up leaking sauce out onto the table and eating paper. Please serve this dish on an actual plate. I suspect the saucers were only to place partially eaten actual wings on. My suspicions may be wrong.
I also am not entirely sure if I ordered the dish correctly, as it says it came with barbecue sauce which I assume would be in a side cup for dipping. I was asked what sauce I wanted and replied the mango habanero. Then I was given the option of ranch or blue cheese, making me reconsider that I might have messed up by ordering a sauce like bone-in chicken wings are smothered in. If I ordered this wrong and instead I was supposed to be served dry tenders in the basket, to be dipped in a side cup of dipping sauce, then my above complaint is invalid about cutting the strips up on saucy paper.
The menu also leaves a bit to be desired, as I noticed that some menu items came with a side dish of fries or something else. I read through that menu three times very very very thoroughly to determine precisely which orders came with the side dish. It seemed like only a few certain sections did.
However, when I ordered my chicken strips, like an idiot I also ordered a half order of fries because I wanted fries with it, and then I was told it came with fries. Please update your menu to actually include all the items that come with a side dish as having a side dish.
Literally the only sections of the menu claiming to have a side dish are the heroes, wraps, sandwiches, from the grill and from the sea. My chicken strips were in the section of finger foods, which explicitly underneath it does not include the text that it comes with a side dish. Why did it come with a side dish? Why doesn't it say that it comes with a side dish? Why did I order fries because I wanted fries and then was told it already came with fries? If it already came with fries why doesn't the menu state it?
Finally, our server was very friendly, however while she prides herself on her memory she handed me my friends plates and forgot our fried pickles. I also ordered ranch when given the option with my tenders, and was handed blue cheese instead - a fortuitous mistake, as your blue cheese is absolutely amazing, going great on everything ordered: the pickles, the fries, and my mango habanero tenders.
That said, maybe it should be a new company policy to always have an order pad in hand and properly write down the order inclusive of seat numbers at the table.

Specifically, the staff answering the phone and the fact that I was told there is NO MANAGER there to speak to when I asked and then left my number for the manager and it was never returned My husband ordered their wings for lunch and liked them so much he asked the family if we would eat dinner ordered from there for dinner the SAME DAY! Mind you we spent over $60 there the day before for Sunday Football and I tipped the driver at least 10 bucks or more to be treated so poorly. So lets add this up within 2 days between myself and members of my household we spent close to $200.00 at this place. First, it was my mother-in-laws fault her Philly was not made correctly because she only received cheese and mayo on it because she did not specify the peppers and onions LITERALLY the lady called her back to tell her how to order it next time. Mind you we ordered on Sunday for football and never had to specify the ingredients of the Philly. OKAY. Then we Ordered for the second time in one day; I had a man taking my order, who then passed me over to a lady and I continued to add the two orders of fries with my wings. The ticket on our bag clearly had the two sides of fries written on the order ticket. My husband picked the food up for dinner and brought it home and the fries were missing. I called and advised them we did not have them and I was just going to run back for them and the man with long hair and a bit large proceeded to tell me well "Good news is we did not charge you...so how can I help you?" YOU CAN HELP ME BY GETTING THE ORDER RIGHT. No apology for his mistake, no apology for the inconvenience, no apology for the child who did not have part of their dinner on a School night after a long day for everyone. I asked for his manager because it was rude how he said it and made it as if its no big deal...why because it was no inconvenience to him, however, you DID NOT provide the service you are paid to provide. People make mistakes....I was just going to come back and get them and his tone just upset me so much I had to hang up and call back and ask for the manager. NO manager...left my number...no call back and this is why I am making this review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING....Ive been in the business for 18 years and never EVER treated a customer poorly; whether it be their fault; or my own; absolutely unacceptable when I am spending my hard earned money at your business. I added up the order I placed and wanted to confirm whether I did or didn't pay for the fries and I am not sure because the numbers do not add up AND we tipped $5.00.

**Tell your staff to treat your customers better and if they cannot work well under pressure when at peak times and busy and still keep their cool with people; maybe this job is NOT for them....

Food I ordered, came covered in some weird kind of Buffalo/ cocktail sauce that was soo pungent, nobody in my house could stand to have the container open in front of them. Clearly this was not what I ordered, said so in receipt. The girl on phone gave me attitude and didn't believe me about the sauce, told me I was wrong and that there was nothing they could do about it, because I was wrong and got what I ordered, even though I did not. So after many years, I will never be ordering from wings plus again. I now have a $100 bag of Buffalo drenched food that nobody here can eat, going into the trash can. So now I have to order food from somewhere else and pay for dinner twice. I don't know what is going on, this place was never so bad I have loved it for many years. They have recently been declining into this brick wall they have hit, and now lost regular customers of very many years.
Edit: response to owner. First of all, the glowing red sauce that was all over our food was NOT BBQ, despite if you call it that. It's glowing red, spicy hot, sour and bitter. Again none of this was the issue. The issue was the attitude we got when asking about the order and getting nasty attitude in response from the employee, who then handed phone to manager who was even nastier. Your complete lack of professionalism is the result of this rating, nothing else. But that can be evident to anyone on Google who can read your response to my honest rating. You ask why we didn't call so you could fix it to make us happy, when this review is literally about us calling for you to fix the order and refusing to. After looking into the issue further, I believe the manager in question is in fact the owner after they separated from rest of wings plus locations.
