This place has amazing sushi and very unique and inventive roles! The only reason they received 3 stars from me instead of 5 is because of the service. I understand that sushi takes time and I have nothing against the sushi chef; but when you have another staff member, who is not a sushi chef, you would expect that person's person to facilitate and act as a server. The young lady who helped us took 20 minutes to get 2 glasses of tap water.

Understand that the sushi bar is a very small location, with only a counter and a couple of free-standing tables. They were not overflowing with customers; on the contrary the only other guests were being rung up. We had to ask several times before we finally got our water. We actually got one of the rolls we ordered before getting water. She was also on her phone most of the time we were there and not attending to customers.

Again sushi was amazing. Service sucked.
