Worst customer service ever ! I'd say don't spend your money there after how we were treated. My grandfather and I came to naples for vacation and arrived at our rental at 8:40 pm I called and made sure to let them know that they made the quinoa salad with with steak had no salt since my 72 year old grandfather is on a diabetic and kidney diet and can't eat any salt or his kidneys will fail. The gentleman on the phone assured me they can make it with no salt so I thought all was well until I received the order. Not only was the steak on the side and looked like chopped cheesesteak (lol embarrassing). BUT IT WAS HEAVILY SALTED. I called back and obviously I was mad and was told that they accommodate that salad to my grandfathers diet. After calling I was met with the same person who assured my request only for him to flip the script and say our meats marinated with salt in them already. Now my sick grandfather is stuck waiting even longer for dinner after a long day of travel from New Jersey. Also to put a cherry on top they were told they can't fix their mistake and I had to email them through their website. I'm disgusted and recommend not to give ur money to a shady business with terrible customer service. Never again. Ps my chicken tacos were horrible too. 1000 percent recommend Rocco's tacos in Mercato over this shady establishment. Not only is their food way better but they also know how to treat...
Read moreThis has become a weekly visit for us. We love the people who work here, and we love the food. Everything we've ordered is delicious. I love good street corn, and oh my God, I love the street corn here. I can make a meal of it along with the queso and pico. The pico is so fresh, and I love that it's always balanced - not too much of any one ingredient like some other places. But if you love street corn, you'll love this one, too! It's served in a bowl with a spoon AND a side of corn chips, but I end up using the corn chips to finish the queso or pico. Husband has settled on the al pastor, which is colorful and flavorful. Over spring break, our son came home from college and ordered a quesadilla. It was enormous and filling. Oh, and there are all kinds of salsas available by the drink station. You should definitely try them out. My favorite is a smokier one. Only wish they put them in slightly larger containers since they're already prepackaged. You'll also love the fact that the drink assortment is so different! You can get organic sodas or a variety of bottled drinks or beer. Haven't had the churros yet, but have had the popsicles. If you are at all familiar with the Hyppo in St. Augustine (which now has location in Sarasota), they are similar to them. Super friendly staff serving great food. You can't...
