I had the pleasure of trying an Indian food truck recently, and I must say—it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. As someone who loves bold flavors and authentic Indian cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality, taste, and care that clearly went into each dish.
I started with the Vegetable Manchurian, and it was a flavor-packed appetizer that set the tone for the meal. The Manchurian balls were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, tossed in a delicious Indo-Chinese style sauce that was tangy, spicy, and deeply satisfying. It had the perfect balance of heat and umami, making each bite incredibly addictive.
Next, I moved on to the Chicken 65 Pulav—and this was the dish that truly stole the show for me. The rice was fragrant and beautifully spiced, and the Chicken 65 pieces were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The spices didn’t overpower; instead, they enhanced the dish in a way that made every spoonful a delight. It’s one of the best versions of Chicken 65 Pulav I’ve ever had.
Lastly, I tried the Goat Mandi, and it was absolutely exceptional. The goat was cooked to perfection—fall-off-the-bone tender—and the mandi rice was aromatic and subtly spiced, just as it should be. The portion was generous, and the flavors were rich and satisfying without being too heavy. It’s clear that a lot of love and authenticity went into crafting this dish.
Overall, this food truck exceeded my expectations in every way. Each dish was not only delicious but also felt thoughtfully prepared and true to its roots. The service was friendly and the food was served fresh and hot. If you’re looking for an unforgettable Indian street food experience, this food truck is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming...
