Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I work next to Wawa and I go there on my lunch break almost everyday, I’ve never had any issues and I’m not usually the type who leaves reviews because I’m not much of a complainer, but when I was there yesterday the issue I had was enough for me to leave a review because it needs to be taken care of.

I only get a 30 minute break which isn’t a lot of time to order and have time to eat I get my food in a timely manner but when I walk over to get my smoothie and I see my order still on the screen and not being worked on so I start to look around and see Sarah one of the employees talking on the phone and I look over at her and she puts up a finger to tell me hold on. It took her 5 min to get off the phone and make my drink when she starts my drink she starts talking to another employee in the food area pausing making my drink! Now I understand people have lives and need to make phone calls but there are better ways by asking for coverage or making the drink then go make the call when there are no orders. And if your having a conversation with an employee either do it while making the drink or wait till your done. People don’t have time to be...

This is the "stacked" chicken salad sandwich that I bought today at this Wawa for $8. As you can see, there is nothing "stacked" about it, and it looks NOTHING like the photo in their ordering system. I usually get the chicken salad club, which is almost TWICE the size and comes with a third slice of bread PLUS bacon - all for only $5.99. Can someone please explain to me why they charge $2 more for a "stacked" sandwich and give you LESS than the club??? They also claim the chicken salad is "new & improved," but I've eaten it many times and there's literally no difference, except you get less of it than ever.

Needless to say, I am NOT happy and will never go...

It was good until I got my 16 oz latte that was supposed to have wipped cream on it. Apparently they were out of normal lids for drinks with wipped cream so they gave me a flat lid. When I opened the lid there was only 12 oz in the cup and no wip cream. So I paid an extra $.50 and for a 16oz just to get 12oz and no wip cream. Also it has been two days now and they still don't have the waffle sandwich in the mornings. I have gone at two different times in the morning and they never have it.
