Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

My experience arriving by drivethru, the person who should take my order did not speak clearly and rushing me all the time, they know the menu many times their clients come for the first time, arriving at the window and without any kind of respect he tells me angrily to move from the window, no please no thanks just move, also, laughing because I didn't want to move and besides I told her I wasn't dealing with animals, she says her name is Michell because she didn't have a Nametag, I had to ask her the receipt ppr that he knew that what he was doing was not right. Nothing of good customer service, only mockery even from the manager who left because we sent for her but her apologies were as faked and mocking as the smile and have a good day repeated by the cashier who served us. just...

Manager or shift leader that works evenings is absolutely terrible. He hates taking long orders, gets vocally upset and rushes the customer by trying to finish their sentences for them, then rushing at the window. 2nd time I’ve dealt with him and am leaving this review it hopes he reads it. Dude, you suck. He always does that thing where they tell you to reverse behind the pole then come forward to cheat their window time. Super annoying. I heard him arguing with his peer too, and partially blaming me after forgetting my chili that I mentioned twice while he was rushing me. Anyway, the guy needs a reality check and learn how to speak to people. Fire the guy or get him some therapy.

UPDATE: Realized when I got home he didn’t give me the order of nuggets I paid for....

The only reason I'm even leaving a 1 Star is to leave a review. Please take my word I'm letting others who are not from this area know DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDY'S. IT is the most unorganized, dirty, run down, broken Wendy's I have ever been to. Trash cans broken and disgusting seats left on top of the tables. Fountain drink dispenser broken,floor filthy,chairs broken,crew members getting orders wrong,bathroom disgusting no soap no paper towels I honestly don't know how they are even open this Wendy's needs to be closed down.
