Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Just went through the drive-through and placed an order that total 47 dollars. Tell me why all of the hard tacos were wet, mushy and made completely wrong. I called and ask to speak to a manager on duty only for him to be rude and disrespectful about the order. He tells me he was the one made the order and that it was 25 minutes ago, when I literally had just received the order. The entire call was just as bad as the food I was given. Not getting an order correct is one thing but to be serving food that’s not eatable and being disrespectful when the customer is simply reaching out about what they were given especially for the price they paid is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked for his name and/or id number and was told he didn’t have to provide me with it and he didn’t. I indeed reached out to file a complaint and will be following up with it tomorrow as this is a Sunday night. I went to taco bell on 2/3/25. Ordered 2 combos the doritos combo I did not want that I wanted a burritos every time I go there around 12.30 at night when I get off work it's always certain foods thsts not available so I ask the lady who took my order I said why is it everytime I come here you only have certain combos available she said to me rudely we be trying to get out of here when we close so I got the 2 doritos combos I payed for it with card she took the card to pay fo my food she gave me the straws for the drinks with my card and she dropped my card on purpose and did not say sorry or anything and gave the food and slammed the window in my face then I had blow the horn for sauces and napkins and she had bad attitude I work at Popeyes and I know good customer service is very important this is the second incident I have at that taco bell it's not right at all I have the food I will be bringing it back as soon as it open I want a refund back am very disappointed and I...

Mi experiencia en este Taco Bell fue muy mala. Hoy 1 de septiembre de 2023 .Mi amiga me pide un favor que valla a Taco Bell y le pida una orden ,y me manda la foto de la orden que ella quiere ,cuando llego al establecimiento,uno de los trabajadores me pregunta si voy a recoger algún pedido ,yo le dije que no ,que yo voy hacer un pedido y que necesito ayuda ,ella estaba ocupada y yo le dije estás ocupada no importa yo espero,pero un segundo trabajador (lo cual supe después que era la manager )me dice con mala cara y refunfuñando que yo hiciera la orden en la pizarra que está afuera y yo le dije que necesitaba ayuda porque yo no entendía la orden de mi amiga,cuando el primer trabajador se desocupó vino y leyó la orden y me dice que esa orden no es así y se va(yo me quedo pensando que mi amiga a pedido esa misma orden por Uber en varias ocasiones y siempre le hacen la orden) a todas estas yo seguía esperando porque estaban ocupados ,luego llega un tercer trabajador y me dice dame un momento porque estaba entrando al turno ,le dije si yo espero ,llega otro cliente y el primer trabajador lo atiende al momento le toma la orden ,el cliente paga ,y yo le digo a ese primer trabajador que porque no me ayudo con mi orden si yo llevo rato esperando por la ayuda de alguien, ese trabajador como si con ella no fuera ,me ignoro y la segunda trabajadora (la manager ) seguía diciendo que yo hiciera la orden en la pizarra de afuera ,lo cual ahí ya perdí la paciencia y le dije estás diciendo algo y ella en mala forma me dice que no está hablando conmigo y yo le dije cuál es tu mala forma si yo estoy hablando con otra persona( el primer trabajador) (que yo pensé que era la manager ) pero ese primer trabajador me dice ;yo no soy la manager ,la manager es la que te hablo ,viene el tercer trabajador y me hace la orden en la pizarra de afuera y la manager le dijo a ese trabajador que no hiciera la orden , que yo soy la que tiene que hacer la orden ,el no la escucho eh hizo mi orden , yo la verdad explote de genio porque cuando ven que eres una persona educada pues te mal tratan y cuando eres una persona grocera pues te hacen las cosas.El tercer trabajador es un chico que tiene ojos verdes y uñas postizas largas ,el la verdad es un chico muy lindo y muy agradable es fácil tratar con el ,pero los otros dos trabajadores son groseros según tengas sus días así te van a tratar en mi opinión yo no recomiendo...
