When I say I hate this location! Wendy’s customer service is generally bad any way but this location is one of the worse. If you go at night, the girl that’s on the mic barely say 2 words. She gave me a cup that had hair on it and I asked her to remake it and she had an attitude. Didn’t stir my lemonade no nothing. I ended up throwing it out but bruh you wouldn’t want nobody to give you a cup with hair on it so why are you giving it to me. Just dumb and gross. They don’t greet you and have the nerve to serve stale ahh food. And they always have attitudes. Like bruh if you didn’t feel like being bothered today then you should have called off and if you’re on a final warning due to attendance or KNOW you need the job, then yall need to cute’n up on them attitudes. Read moreOn 01/17/2023 I witnessed employee Shauqunia rub her face and continued to prepare food without washing her hands. I also observed an employee come straight out of the bathroom and begin preparing food on the cook line without wash his hands. After I left I opened my chilli to find a dead roach floating on top. I was mortified and immediately called the store and told the manager on duty (Shauqunia) my issues but she was extremely rude and brushed me off. I was never given a receipt upon purchasing my food so i just requested a receipt and let them know that i would be coming back to the store to get it. After getting back to the restaurant the night manager (Shauqunia) gave me an attitude and told me to contact the customer service number on the back. Normally i wouldn’t complain but roaches carry so many diseases and i fear that this management and organization are not taking the health of the public seriously! please inspect this location and educate the staff on the importance of keeping these types of pests out of food...
Read moreI got the 4 dollar meal deal×5 and all of them except one was a complete mess inside of the bags and the sandwiches were very sloppely wrapped with the burgers soggy and the toppings wilted. Also the fries were stale and very cold. I had no time or way to go through them due to me being the only one in my vehicle and I was driving and I didn't have much time to make sure that my whole Big order was correct and in good shape again for the reason I didn't have time to do so because I was just trying to get my family dinner and then get to my work as safely as I was able. I don't have many issues with Wendy's so I'm a bit shocked because I order from that franchise quite a bit and I spend a great amount as well because of the reasons that I have a big family. So I can guarantee that I should have been treated alot better than that time of my visit.
