Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

If I can give this rating ZERO stars then I would. Went through the Drive Thru, got to the window to pay and receive order, my order completely wrong after I was interrupted and repeated myself multiple times while trying to make my order. I was very specific on how I wanted my food how do you mess up someone’s order who specifies MULTIPLE TIMES?! As I was about to eat my food I realized my fries was overcooked. SUPER HARD and my chicken patty for my sandwich was rock hard and cold like, C’MON NOW! Went inside told the manager my issue, my sandwich still came out wrong once corrected and I returned two fries only for back one. When the manager asked what’s wrong I told her I returned two and not one she stated “I wasn’t sure if it was one or two”. Like, LADY all you had to do was open your mouth, communicate and ASK. When I got to the bottom of my sandwich I started to feel something hard and not chewable, took it out and realized I was chewing on plastic! Not once but TWICE! I wasn’t even going to go to this Wendy’s location and now I see i shouldn’t just followed my first mind. I know this review is long but I don’t care, Us as customers spend our money her and our food should be coming out how we want it PERIODT and without plastic in our food. I’m sure they didn’t know but I didn’t either. The staff was unfriendly and rude and the manager seemed to have an attitude which clearly affected the rest of the employees. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! It's time for a late lunch or early dinner. We got here at 3:20 pm and took a seat to put together our order on the Wendy's app. Some trash on the floor and a styrofoam box from somewhere else on a dirty table and with the condiments table not having ketchup and one napkin dispenser empty.

About five minutes later, I check the counter. Not ready yet and there is a growing queue for the restrooms. A family had gone into the one restroom for diaper changing and such. With the crew responding that the other restroom is "Employees only" so it was not great. Dining room had some trash on the floor, too.

After standing at the counter for a solid ten minutes, the young man working the register got my drinks accurately. And then it was fifteen minutes more until the order was ready. Peeking around the corner, I could see the manager on her cellphone.

At the table and pulling it out of the bag, my burger was there, the fries were there (extremely anemic and underdone), the nuggets were there. And an extra order of fries and extra nuggets with two bonus sauce packets. BUT NOT THE POTATO! I had to go back to the counter for that and this was prepared properly though light on the cheese.

Overall, 26 minutes (receipt printed at 3:23, food ready at 3:49), to get "fast food" and then the order was wrong. They do have the Coke Freestyle machine here...

Usually Wendy's is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. Today something seemed a little bit off with this location. I had the apple pecan salad which is great as usual. I asked for sweet tea and I was told that they don't serve tea at Wendy's. I told the cashier that is odd because I get tea all the time at Wendy's. He called the manager over who told me they don't serve tea at this Wendy's. She told me just to drink the tea out of the fountain. When I tried to explain to her that one of the reasons I come to Wendy's is for the t she didn't seem to care. I also asked if you don't serve tea then why do you have tea container sitting on the counter. She just looked at me and shruged her shoulders. She gave me my money back for the drink which is fine. She never removed the tea containers so I gave the impression that they had tea. The restaurant was not exactly the cleanest either it had this weird smell to it. Almost like somebody dumped something on the floor nobody ever cleaned it up. The cashier was a nice guy he was very attentive and helpful. At the time of my visit there was two patrons in the restaurant which I thought was odd considering it was lunch time. As I mentioned earlier the app will become salad was great as usual.
