Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

If i could give it a zero star I would. Today December 17th 2021 at 4:21pm. We hardly ever eat out specially fast food. Today I decided to stop at Wendys to pick up some food for my family because my husband has been building our home all day and he had nothing in his stomach, also my son wanted a kids meal since he hadn't had fast food in month or so. I ordered, Im always very specificabout our orders since all i ask 99% of the time is plain meals and sprites, once I got to the window this guy took my card and gave it back, no receipt but i didn't think big of it. Then a lady comes after him and hands me 2 bags and 2 drinks and i told her thank you and left. 5 minutes out i decided to randomly check the bags and i was missing a burger, my husband's burger which i was like ok I'll just go back. I went back and the lady asked me what she put in the bag because she was sure she put a burger in the bag which in fact she did, my son's. I told her and she asked the kitchen lady for the burger. She handed me the burger which was very oily so when i left i had to clean my steering wheel and my hands. Once i arrived to my destination i noticed that my son's soda (which both were supposed to be sprite) was a diet coke. I was VERY upset because it was one thing after the other with this place the ONE day i decided to go. My son is HIGHLY allergic to the dye in the soda! So if i would've given it to him we would've ended up at the hospital just because whoever made the drinks at this fast food restaurant did not care or took the time to do the right thing. I am very upset and disappointed because it could've have been nothing...

8:10 PM My family and I haven't had a Wendy's in years. We pull up to this one seeing 3 cars in the parking lot. For a second we thought it would mean fast service. Wrong. No one but one customer inside, all the workers we found were young black kids. Now I hate to specify skin tone, but think it's important headmaster knows about this. Oh another thing, Wendy's lights were out as if closed. Anyway, we go to take our order; we got a chicken ranch wrap, bacon burger with mustard, and classic with mustard. The order was right on the screen before submission. We go and get drinks. Less than 3 minutes our order is called. We go and get our order. We bring it to our table and open up a cold chicken wrap with NO ranch, a cold bacon burger with ketchup and NO mustard, and a cold CHICKEN burger with NO mustard. Half the drinks were gone, the fries were warm but the ketchup condiment thing was completely detached. The service was ok, but they were ignorant kids that didn't even warm up our food. Dave Thomas the owner of this franchise must be wallowing in his grave. If this Wendy's wants to stay alive they better fire those kids and hire some adults who know what they're doing. Or shut down. Now I don't like McDonald's but for once I say McDonald's would be better than whatever the hell we just ate! Until they change. I. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND....

My experience today was horrible. My son ordered his meal. We were trying to explain he only wanted ketchup and pickle and no cheese on his double but the cashier quit responding so we pulled up and explained to the cashier what we wanted. The cook started screaming thru the window “what she want.” I repeated myself again. No cheese only ketchup and pickle. The cook then starts being disrespectful. Yelling. Although I can’t make out exactly what she is saying other than this people this and these people that. I told the cashier there is no reason to be disrespectful. We were just trying to explain how we wanted our sandwich. All the disrespect is not needed so then she started running her mouth thru the window at me. The cashier asked us to pull up and we did. I got our food and the sandwich was wrong. I went in and explained that it’s wrong. The cook came up front and asked what was wrong. I told her no cheese only ketchup and pickle and I told her that I was trying to correctly order my food from the start but the cashier was not paying attention which I get makes you furious but you can’t just disrespect whoever you want. I ask for the name of the cook and the cashier told me today was her first day and she don’t know anyone. I just said I’m sure. The cook screened her name was Kathy. Thank you for...
