Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

This specific location is really great. The staff is always friendly and sometimes really funny too. Typically I come here late at night after getting out of my second job when I don't have food at home and need a quick bite to eat to late at night. This specific Wendy's right now is open until midnight which makes it super convenient if you're working late and didn't have time to pick up food on the way home. The staff is always friendly even at 15 minutes to close.

This is an update. I just finished devouring my meal from Wendy's and I have to say how composed and sweet natured the employees at this location are. The two cars ahead of me the employees were not able to hear the people in the car talking so they just asked them to pull up to the window. While they were taking care of them, the employee paged over to me as it was now my turn and just in the warmest, friendliest tone possible, let me know about the issue of not being able to hear them at the order window with the two cars in front of me and it would be a moment because they needed to take their orders in person at the pickup window before they could take mine. Considering how young these employees are, they have amazing intuitive customer service skills! They stayed calm, cool, and collected even though there was a long line and the two cars in front of me really were difficult. The employees here make it such a treat to come to this...

I am sorry to the team at this store, however at this point a 2 star review is the best I can do because you certainly did not deliver your best, not even mediocre. I arrived at 10 Sunday morning to find the dining room closed, hours posted on the door, 9 00 am

...I didn't want to eat in my car. Hit the drive thru, the girl at the window was the only redeeming force for you all today. Very kind and courteous and friendly, thank you. However my burrito 🌯 was great in size but could use some onions and jalapenos and cheese, not whatever weird sauce that was, like breakfast gravy...try adding some sausage too. It was filling however Luke warm at best. The potato wedges, barely above room temperature and definitely old...not good at all. Try cleaning out the fryer please, as you can see from my attached photo, some French fries (are they even served in the morning) have been in the oil for quite some time. Most of the time this location is about average and by the star rating that is spot on however this time .... Wow... Please, I like Wendy's so please step up your game just a little bit so I can come back and after all when you pay 9 bucks for a breakfast burrito combo, at the very least make it hot 🔥.. better luck next time....swing...

So, Wendy,s in green tree has not changed in years, you can’t have good people with poor management. I have been yelled at by employee, had a bag of ice dump on my lap because it was not closed and by one employee who has worked there forever, then she walked away laughing about it. Now you have a mobile app! It’s a no go every time at this location and your employee are down right nasty!! Was told it was my phone my fault 🤦‍♀️ I had to drive away. I order from McDonald’s app no problems payed and everything. Toco ball is always on it . I hate this place, if you need someone to make you fell bad go here the employee hate everyone! I see the one manger that was so nice is gone, he made the employee do the job. I have told the GM of this Wendy’s about the customer service many times, but it never gets better it only has gotten worse and seeing feed back from others im not alone, Sad no one of Wendy’s cares to...
