I dislike leaving negative reviews, but in the interests of honest, I feel I must.
I ate here tonight and was disappointed by most aspects of the experience.
The restaurant was not busy and no one was at the cash register when we entered. So, my wife and I started ordering on the self serve kiosk. What we did not know is the touch screen kiosk was located directly in front of the only open register.
As luck would have it, as soon as we start ordering another customer enters and the cashier appears to take his order. So there we are jammed together trying to occupy the same space.
I'm not freaked out by COVID, but this situation put us in each other's personal spaces in the pre-rona virus days. With the social distancing of today, it was waaay out of line.
Nevertheless, we finished our order but then had to wait for the cashier anyway to get our drink cups.
And speaking of drinks, we each ordered a soda. When we went to the self-serve area, it was then we discovered than many of the beverages (like Coca Cola and all of its side flavors) were unavailable. Several of the drink flavorings were also not available.
After getting our drinks, we were treated to an argument (mostly cordial) between the cashier and another customer. It seems the cashier shorted the guy and the cashier had no way to compute how much money he was owed. The only thing she said is "I'm not good at math" as if that is an excuse for not getting him the correct change initially or when the problem was pointed out. A manager and five more minutes eventually straightened that disturbance out.
Once we did get our food, my wife's order was wrong. No big surprise as we can't go to Wendy's without an error in someone's order.
Also, they seemed to be rationing the ketchup as they didn't give us any initially and didn't give us very much when asked.
Though, the ketchup did little to cover the blandness of the fries. They were warmish but tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Both of our sandwiches shared a similar poor taste.
The upside to the store is the manager was friendly and the dining area was very clean. So points for that.
Overall, Wendy's has been going downhill for years now. This restaurant seemed to be another example of that trend.
I hope they pull out of the funk. Their social media team is on fire, but the product being delivered is dull...
Read moreWent through the drive through to get 2 meals. The fries were so cold we threw them away and the bottom of my Wendy’s single was so hard you could have used it for a puck at a Bolts game, so needless to say I had to throw it away.
Who don’t like paying for food that you have to throw away almost 50 percent in the garbage. I have not been to a fast food restaurant for about four months and this just solidified me not going for at least another 6 to 8 months.
When you go through a drive-through, I guess the first rule of thumb is to always check the food in the bag to see if it’s even warm before you drive off. I know it’s hard to sit there because other people are behind you but this is what you get when you don’t. Then when you turn it in and say this food is cold you have to sit there for another two or three minutes or longer, and everybody behind you gets upset.
So lesson learned when you go through don’t just get your food and drive off like I did and go home. I only live 2 miles away and the french fries should not have been so cold that we had to throw them in the garbage in less than four minutes.
If you were going to eat at this restaurant, I would suggest walking inside that way you can just hand the food back to him and tell me what it hot. I guess this is the price you pay whenever you go through a...

Idk if it’s new management or just employee turn over, but this location is unacceptable now. Employees are rude, food is thrown together with no consideration, and service is SO slow. A couple months ago I waited 45 MINUTES for 6 sandwiches and some fries. After waiting, the order was STILL wrong. A couple weeks ago, I went inside to a really dirty restaurant where the employee was filling the fries with his thumbs INSIDE the fry container, touching all the food WITHOUT GLOVES!!! One of the employees was sweeping and while my group was sitting at the table, he came up to us and literally swept underneath our table, brushing our feet. I couldn’t believe it. Recently, I waited in the drive thru for a good 3-4 minutes and no one said anything. The order kiosk screen was turned off and assuming it could be broken, I asked, “hello?” The woman responded, “it’ll be a minute” with such a rude attitude.
