Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Honestly I loved coming here I've been going to this Wendy's since high school (6 years ago now...ouch) because they always brought me a smile good food good service. However today was majorly different the person who took my order sounded stoned, which no problem you do what you do I won't judge but I got a biggie bag when i ordered a bacon double stack with an order of baconator fries. The cheese wasn't even half melted when I got it which was unusual but no worries yet. I went inside with my best friend and when we got to the counter the cashier barely acknowledged us and said someone will be right with you when I was trying to be nice I absolutely hate asking for a remake and I understand it can be annoying but I'm trying to be polite I just said the cheese wasn't all the way melted. But the manager said she only melts some of the cheese and puts on shredded cheese which was weird because I had ordered there yesterday and it did not have any non melted shredded cheese on it. It really looked like I was just an annoyance and not a customer. I really wish I could go back but with the experience I received today I don't see how I could. I just felt so uncomfortable while asking for a new set of baconator fries. I don't know the day they had so I won't judge them as individuals and Ill always say Wendy's is the best version of fast food. But I will not go back to this location anymore. The food was good after all was said and done they made everything good with exception of the baconator fries but after the manager had fixed it, it was amazing and really good. The gentleman manager I met today at the drive thru, is absolutely the nicest, most efficient manager I have ever seen in the fast food industry. He is most definitely why the food and service at this location has improved. His interaction not only with me as a customer, but also with the employees, was nothing less than impressive. Also, the young lady (Natalia) at the drive thru, is super kind and interactive. You can clearly see she really cares about being a great employee and doing an efficient job. Always has a smile, and is honest about making mistakes. It's refreshing to see that these days! Regardless of what other people may think, I think working in the fast food industry is one of the toughest jobs there is. Dealing with rude, impatient people constantly, is NOT easy. So, to all the employees at the Wendy's Hobe Sound, thank you for all you do, and there's still good people out here who appreciate you guys. I firmly believe you all should be making NO LESS than $15.00 and hour or more. You deserve it. Hopefully the state of Florida will up that minimum wage, so you can finally be paid accordingly. I was sadly disappointed with my burger presentation. I asked for no pickles and I got a Dave's single. Which means tomatoes and lettuce. The guy in front of me was taking about 10 minutes before he got his food. And I noticed they handed me my bag very quickly, so I just wanted to check to see if it was still warm cuz I don't want to eat cold food. And the burger felt luke warm so I just asked if maybe I could get a hotter one. The fries were fine. She was nice enough to get me another Burger but was kind of irritated I could tell with me, even though I paid $10 for my meal to be hot not cold. And then when I got another Burger it had loads of pickles onions and cheese and that's it. Like why hand me back a burger that isn't even complete. Don't go to this one they won't give you what...
