Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Worst Wendy's. We love Wendy's, Dave's Single Combo, All their salads and even Dave's new Berry drinks, but this place is bad. Almost no one sitting at a table so we were surprised at the crowd waiting to order. Took forever to be served. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. We had to try to get some from the counter. Then we couldn't get tops for our drinks because they were gone too. I went to the counter and there was only one young lady working the line so I was rude and eventually got some tops Then we went to sit down at the almost empty seating area we found out why there were seats; filth, trash and gross tables. Not a single table was usable. I asked a young man emptying trash if someone could clean a table or two and he nodded and I never saw him again. I went to the counter for the third time and after trying to get someone's attention we left. Never to return. The meal was OK but there is another Wendy's just down I75, we recommend you go there. ...

Awful service. We stopped here on our way home from Florida. 17 hour drive so we tried to make it quick. Long line of people and by the time we got up there we realized the long line wasn’t because of all the people, it was because of the cashier and the awful customer service. Our cashier was Courtney and she was extremely rude to us and wouldn’t answer our questions about the new chicken sandwiches. She talked to us with no respect and she was as slow as a snail. My brother wanted to change his double hamburger to two regular hamburgers and she was obviously annoyed with it. Because of this service we will not be stopping at Wendy’s for food on the road anymore. Very annoyed with this service. Bathrooms were disgusting and the drink station and the service and tables were all packed together. I wish there was an option to rate this 0 stars. My food was...

Went thru drive thru couldn't hear speaker was barely working. I say something andthey turned it up then I could hear. I place my order drive around and bam there's 3 bags coming at me at once and then 3 drinks . I was checking my order To be told can we get u anything else I say I'm checking my order. I ask is this a large chili RITA says no u ordered small I said I ordered a large well apparently he didn't hear u. Ok I'm thinking let's fix this so I say we'll I Def wanted a large . I was told I'd have drive around and wait in line again I couldn't hold up the line . WTH ???? So I do as RITA ask I go back thru line. Just to be rudely given my chili and window shut by yet another rude employee . RITA NEEDS RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIX...
