Whataburger — Restaurant in Florida

honestly my first time eating here and i’m never coming back, stopped here after being on a road trip, i told the employee i wanted her to take off one of the sandwiches i ordered, and i quote “can you take off #4 and switch it for a #3 with jalapeños she said “okay” she never took it off and charged us, we also ordered a cob salad and nobody told us nor did it say on the screen that the chicken comes separate, so we went up and told the lady it didn’t come with chicken she said she’ll go to our table and bring us the chicken, she came to our table and asked for the salad and we gave it to her thinking she was going to put chicken in it and bring it back, but she never came back , about 20 mins past and we go up and ask for the salad ,the manager comes up and says if we can bring her the salad ,we told her the employee took it and she asked the employee where was it the employee said she threw it away, like what and she never came back to tell us anything, the manager made us pay for the chicken, their buffalo sauce taste like alcohol ,later the same employee who messed up my order came and gave us another burger we didn’t even pay or order?? they also forgot our order of fries that came with the salad meal, the spicy chicken sandwich was rlly good tho,but literally so disappointed don’t recommend...

I did an online order for curbside pick up and received confirmation that it would be ready between 12:12pm and 12:14pm. I waited in my car until 12:25pm and the food hadn't come out yet so I went inside. It was busy and I can understand that, it's not the wait that was the issue. The cashier asked me what my name was for pick up and I told her so I saw her go and pull the bag out of a container and set it on the counter. She came back and said they were waiting on fries. Another 10 minutes or so went by and another lady asked my name for the order and then said they were waiting on onion rings. In the meantime I watched my bag with the other items in my order sit on the counter. It was about 12:40 by the time they gave me my food and I asked if the burgers are now cold because we waited so long for fries and onion rings. She said no, they've been in the hot box and she turned around and left. I knew that wasn't true because I saw the bag sitting on the counter for more than 20 minutes. I had a less than 5 minute drive back home and just as I had suspected... the burgers were cold. Our first experience with a whatburger and it was pretty...

WOW, where do I begin? OK, ordered 1 meal with an extra Onion Rings. Took 22 minutes to receive it at my table. The server offered no condiments. The Onion Rings were good. The Avocado Bacon Burger was room temperature or even cold. The amount of Avocado was about a teaspoons worth. Could not taste it. I went to the manager, told her the issues I had, told her their Jacksonville location always gives lots of Avocado, she actually said they are putting too much on the sandwich. She pretty much justified the poor service and food. She did offer to give me another sandwich. I said I didn't want one. I didn't want to wait more. Also, the cashier barely spoke broken English, she didn't understand stand me and I couldn't understand her. Probably a trainee that didn't know English. Not where you put someone that is your contact with customers. Overall I never had such a bad experience in this awesome chain of Burger joints. Will not go back to this one again.
