Wingstop — Restaurant in Florida

Update: I went in a second time, order was ready when I arrived, perfect again. I tried new flavors, for the spiciest ones, wow they are very spicy!! Wide made an order hers was perfect too. This location is on point and fast.

This is a new location in my area. I tested the order online for takeout. It was very busy with people inside waiting and many walking in when I arrived. However my food was ready when I got there which was about 25 minutes after order. So they were right on time. My wife also made a separate order online for the test and hers was being made as we arrived. We could watch them make the food because the kitchen area is a see through window. Everything looked clean and workers were busy working together. The food was hot and fresh. The vegetable sticks were also fresh and cold as were the dipping sauces. The chicken was perfectly prepared, nice sized bites, great flavors, fries were good and they give your a ton of them with the combo we ordered. Veggie sticks crunchy and a good amount too. We loved it and will be back soon, a great experience...

We love wingstop but the experience here was just down right Terrible. Alex at the front counter was pushing customers away by telling them it's a 45 minute wait (including us) and we decided to stay. It took 10 to 15 minutes and food was out. We ordered Cajun wings and there was 4 out of the 10 wings with barely any sauce on them. I brought it up to alex and showed him the wings without sauce and he said that's how they come lol. No sauce? Really. He said I could buy some more sauce which I refused as the wings we paid for should of been rolled in sauce. Alex is not the person they should have working the front counter as he has Terrible customer service. He likes to talk under his breath so everyone can't understand anything coming out of his mouth. It was kind of comical watching the other customers trying to understand him by turning their ear and head towards him to hear what he was saying. As a manager myself I always strive to go the extra mile for my customers, especially when trying to deescalate a scenario. Horrible service from the cashiers always and now I spoke to McKenzie the “manager” who did not want to assist me with my order of 30 wings due to their brand spanking new store “policy” I told them to review my order history I always order more than 30 over the phone. She didn’t want to assist or check my history whatsoever. Been going to wing stop for 12 plus years used to work next door to one in Miami Gardens was friends with the entire staff. This staff is extremely unfriendly and uncooperative. I ordered at another wing stop same order right down the street and they gladly took my order no problem. Shame on wing stop for having a manager like McKenzie and hope you guys these discrepancies figured out. It’s unacceptable the service in wing stop Flagler. Happy...
