Wink's Old Town Grill — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worst experience I’ve had in the restaurant in a long time. They only had one waitress working and my guest, and I sat there for one hour before we were even given options for a drink. Every time the waitress would come by she said I’ll be right with you. we finally got our drinks because another person had been called into work and then it took another 20 minutes before they took our order I felt bad for the one waitress because she was working hard and getting very frustrated and holding it all together. But the waitress who came in to help took care of three other tables who had been there after us. The food was mediocre. The fries were disgusting. I asked for no onions and I got a tuna salad with onions in it. If they had said the tuna salad had onions in it I wouldnt have ordered it. The only thing that was really good was the baked potato. I do not recommend this restaurant if you don’t have several hours to sit there and wait or if you’re lucky enough to be waited on before...

My family and I have gone there several times, food is usually pretty good, it is just the service that needs replacing. There is one server in particular with a horrific attitude, and we have had multiple bad experiences with this waitress. We have even gone above and beyond to tip her beyond 20% figuring maybe she was having a bad shift. Yesterday we went there with the kids, and immediately regretted when we saw this waitress coming our way. She was complaining about the restaurant being busy. She did take a drink order, but waited on several other tables that sat after us before bringing the kids drinks. After seeing this and in combination of her typical bad attitude, we got up, spoke to the owner, and left. The owner was very apologetic and told us not to pay for our drinks. We will be back, but we hope this waitress gets a better attitude because frankly we will not be served...

One star because the sausage gravy was good. Returned my eggs because they were over cooked and the hash browns were crappy in the outside and mushy/soggy on the inside. The waitress didn't say two words to us after she gave us our food. Which took forever. Didn't refill our drinks, we sat there with empty drinks while we ate. Then sat there for 10 minutes after waiting for her to take our card on the check she put down. We paid at the bar. We witnessed another waitress tell at a group of elderly people because two people were squeezing chairs into the table next to us. If that's there policy to not allow that. That's fine. But you don't have to yell at them so rudely that the entire packed full restaurant turns and stares. That's so embarrassing. I was so disappointed with the rude staff, there food was good. But I will not be coming back because I'd rather eat the same...
