Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Extremely frustrated. I am a regular customer at your Spring Hill location. Today I ordered a couple of signature chicken sandwiches at the drive through and specified "sauce on the side" as I always do. Unfortunately a mistake was made and after getting home I elected to return the heavily sauced sandwiches to the store. I explained the situation and got two more sandwiches so you can imagine my frustration apon returning home only to discover the new sandwiches had even more sauce! I then called the store, spoke to a manager and returned once again to the store. My patience was wearing rather thin at this point and I now wanted a refund as well as my sandwiches. Although I was eventually able to eat lunch I feel it necessary to call out the rude and unprofessional manner in which the manager handled the situation. Not only was she rude to the kids working for her she also tried to blame me for not speaking to her personally when I came back the first time. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. My family has been going to Zaxby's since they first opened here in Spring Hill. Staff is always friendly and polite. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Best fast food in SH.

Until this past weekend that is. I ordered the boneless wing meal. The fries were in the spot that the boneless wings usually are. No big deal except that the boneless wings were put on top of the celery and the ranch dipping sauce which made the sauce unusable since it was covered in bbq.

I had spicy fried mushrooms that were very soggy. Not crispy as usual.

My wife had the baked chicken sandwich which was extremely salty. She couldn't even eat it. Her onion rings were cold. Not room temperature... literally cold as in still partially frozen.

My son got the 10 piece bone in wing meal which only had 7 wings.

Our drinks were all wrong as well. It was like a perfect storm of bad fast food.

Like I said, it was the first time this happened so I'm still giving them 5 stars but when you spend nearly $30 for the family's fast food dinner, you expect better.

My roommate and I went to the one next to the Walmart Neighborhood Market near Anderson Snow Rd . We were one of the first customers, our drive up service wasn't the greatest and had no clue the menu had changed we wanted the regular chicken sandwich . You didn't have it so we ordered the chicken finger club , the bread was soggy hardly no lettuce and the sandwich fell apart. The fries were cold no hot we paid seventeen dollars for our order it wasn't worth it at all won't be back. You don't realize I dreamed of your chicken sandwich all through the month of October and just came out of the hospital got disappointed. Also when we pulled around and my roommate went to roll the window down and rolled over a packet of ranch dressing which got all over the outside of the car and in the window please check the drive up window . At least the young lady handed us napkins for the mess . But disappointed in the over all...
