Stop leaving kids to run a business on their own. We arrived this evening at 8:45pm to order a meal (drive thru closes at 10pm). Prior to placing our order, the employee stated that it would be an appx. 15-20 minute wait. Found this strange considering there was only one other vehicle waiting for their order, so I summed it up to the fact they may be cooking to order as to not waste product being an hour and some change from closing. We said thatâs fine and proceeded to order. While ordering, the employee consistently cut us off in the middle of our order and rushed us to finish. Sure..impatience is exhausting, but not the point. We finished our order and waited in the drive thru spot for our food. Food was brought out to us with none of the additional sauces we asked (and also paid) for. Zero utensils provided and not a napkin in site. We asked the employee for the sauces, which apparently was a major inconvenience to him it appeared. Remember the part about the 15-20 minute waitâŚ.THE FOOD WAS COLD! The bread couldâve taken out a tempered window with how stale it was. We continued to wait in the parking lot and see what proceeded, and saw at least 10 vehicles enter and immediately exit the drive thru (probably because they were told about the wait). I was very clear in what I ordered, having learned to do that to hopefully ensure the order is accurate. After paying and driving off, I thought it prudent to check the order. I am glad I did. The order was completely wrong. Nothing like what I had ordered. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside. At the counter, I advised the order was wrong. I went over again what I had ordered. Another 10 minutes goes by and they brought the revised order to the counter. Still not right. They redid the order and at that time I asked to speak to the 'manager.' The person who identified herself as the manager had no management nor customer service skills. When I got home with the revised meal(s), I then discovered that many of the condiments (which I had paid for) were not in the bag. I would recommend hiring someone who can effectively manage and who has at least some basic customer service skills. The web page they were having system problems and it would not let me change the pick up date to 12/19/20 at 4:30. So I called and I spoke to 2 people on two different days confirming my order. Told both days that they printed out the order and put it in the managers office for 12/19/20. He took my card # and said it would be charged when I pick up the order. Went to pick up the order and was told they knew nothing about the order. They call the manager who was very rude. In fact nasty rude. They acted as if I wanted something for free. Which I did not want I was paying when I picked up. I had almost same order from Chick Fil A $214 and it was perfect. My family likes both that is why I order from both places. But never again. I usually order from the Fernandina Beach Zaxbys. And I will be using them from now on. Very rude people at the Yulee Zaxbys. Oh by the way 2 of the employees remembered the order. Still...
