Pleasant people working here and that is refreshing. Decent food but not worth the cost in my opinion. For example I got an $11 combo, and the burger was super basic, fries were barely warm, and I waited in Lane #2 for about seven minutes after ordering. Burger had a nice crisp to it! I'll be back!
Edit: Well, I came back. Took a star off, making it now a 2-star rating, as I was only further disappointed upon this dine-in visit. I walked in to see eleven employees standing directly behind the counter. It was a sea of blue shirts, and still, not a soul offered a greeting or to take an order. Just puzzled faces. I asked if I could order, and the young lady said, "Sure, just go ahead". I ordered, went to the dining area to sit and wait. I had to wet some napkins with water at the drink station, so I could clean the filth from the seat I chose. All the able-bodies on the floor...and nobody looking to wipe a seat...except the customer. I ordered a crispy chicken meal, and it was decent. The wait was about ten minutes.
Edit: I've been back to this location dozens of times since my first visit. Yes, dozens of times...it has become a favorite. Dwayne does an excellent job with the crew, and there's no denying the continual improvements at this restaurant.
Edit: Returned today for the last time. Pulled up in the drive-thru, ordered a sandwich by itself. A simple burger, by itself. I waited almost 15 minutes, watching car after car go by me and around me...but where was my sandwich? Finally, I exited my vehicle, and walked in the restaurant to ask for a refund. Of course, at that point, one of the many employees huddled about handed me my bag that had been sitting right there on the counter. What makes this ultra annoying, is that three different people asked me about my order while I sat and waited. Still, I had to go inside to track the order down. Also, the burger did not come with any napkins.
Certainly, my sandwich had been sitting on the counter all along, because it was not even warm when I bit into it, within 1 minute of receiving it.
Never again. Fortunately, this will push me to pack a lunch and stop relying on somebody else to...

The hallmark of Culver's is their ButterBurgers, and the Yulee location delivers these with remarkable consistency. The beef patties are fresh, well-seasoned, and grilled to a perfect medium. The bun is indeed buttered and toasted, offering a deliciously soft yet sturdy base that complements the juicy patty. The Culver’s Deluxe, featuring crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, pickles, and onions, is a classic choice that never disappoints.
Equally impressive is their custard, which is a highlight of any visit. The concrete mixers, blending thick custard with an array of mix-ins like candy, fruit, and nuts, are both indulgent and satisfying. Seasonal flavors add a touch of excitement to the menu, encouraging repeat visits.
The service at the Yulee location is notably friendly and efficient. Staff members are attentive, and the kitchen maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Orders are prepared quickly, ensuring that even during peak hours, customers experience minimal wait times.
One potential drawback is the relatively high price point compared to other fast-food options, but the quality of ingredients and the overall dining experience justify the cost. The drive-thru service is generally swift, but dining in allows customers to enjoy a more relaxed environment.
In conclusion, Culver’s in Yulee offers a top-notch fast-casual dining experience with its excellent ButterBurgers, delectable custard, and attentive service. It's a great spot for a satisfying meal whether you're passing...
Read moreI'm from Amelia Island, and this was my 2nd visit here since your opening. I had a customer service restaurant survey on my receipt from my last visit, so I was using that $1 off coupon. The cashier made a big deal over the $1 coupon. After checking with the manager for 5 minutes, the cashier told me the manager said my receipt was from another location and couldn't be used there. I told her the receipt is definitely from this location, and after the manager has called me a LIAR, I would like to talk to them. After she saw I was extremely upset over this, she changed her tune. I thought it was Butter Pecan day (although I didn't realize it wasn't until the next day on the overhead sign). Apparently, the cashier didn't understand me ànd gave me vanilla ice cream with optional ingredients, cake bits, and pecans, WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! After already burning up 15 minutes with all this, I didn't have time to complain to the manager or have my order corrected (it was swamped at lunchtime), I simply THREWIT OUT and left. Strangely enough, while waiting, I read a sign on the wall behind the counter with your MISSION STATEMENT, and it said something about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Well, apparently the manager and the cashier have NO IDEA about their employers MISSION STATEMENT. I WAS CALLED A LIAR AND THEN WHEN I asked to see the manager, the cashier didn't do as I asked. I will NEVER return to this location ever again, and I will tell all my friends this SAD STORY over a $1 coupon and a stupid cashier that can't even get a simple ice cream order correct. What a JOKE!!! I will stick with Chic Filet, Zaxbys, and McDonalds, were they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and don't ...
