This Starbucks never seems to get it right when I order a regular coffee. It seems like they are always lost as to whose responsibility it is to pour a coffee. Cashiers will do it sometimes, but often after getting the rest of my order I am still waiting on the coffee which is already brewed and has to be the least difficult item in the store to get to the customer in a timely manner. The baristas seem to think it is the cashier's responsibility and vice versa. This happens to me about 80% of the time at this location and it doesn't just happen with one or two employees. It's constant.
Today was my second visit in a week both times my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. Perhaps the oven heat/time needs to be cranked up.
Finally, got my coffee and it was full to the brim so there was no hope of getting cream/sugar into it, which they do not have out for the customer to use themselves! The barista then gives me about 4 oz of milk in a separate cup and he knows darn well that nothing will fit into the cup of coffee that HE just filled to the brim.
Also, when I paid apparently the cashier used the register that was only for cards when I wanted to pay cash. I don't think this was her fault because she looked just as puzzled as I was. Some training needs to happen so that the cashier will know to prompt the customer as to payment type... Or maybe a small placard that the customer can read and then prompt the cashier. Work smarter not harder! I like Starbucks products, but all of these things are easily fixed, yet they have persisted at this...
Read moreI will start off by saying I wish I could give a less than one star review. My husband and I went in 11/28/22 at around 11:30 am. I was greeted by not having stocked items that I wanted but that is not the problem. The problem is not being served in a timely manner and when and I went up to the counter to ask about my Latte, the barista behind the counter was the RUDEST person I have come in contact in quite a while. I asked her if she forgot about my drink and I was smiling about to say I totally understand. She replied to me without looking up at me “ I’m making a latte so Did I FORGET you!?!? With a grunt noise. Saying and acting very sarcastically. I questioned her not understanding. She ignored me and then she gave me a cold vanilla latte. I ask to speak to the manager , a shift supervisor came instead and spoke to us and said she will talk to her. Not offering how make it right or even an apology at the very least. As I was talking to the supervisor, all the employees behind the counter were looking at us and laughing and being SOOOO disrespectful. As my husband and I were leaving, she YELLED “HAVE A NICE DAY” very loud. I came back in and demanded to speak to the Manager. The Manager came out( in no uniform, like he just got out of bed). What a Joke. He could have cared less. He actually saw how they were acting as they were doing it in front of him. They were acting a fool instead of conducting themselves in a business setting. The Manager condoned the bad, high school behavior. Nothing like taking our money, being harassed...
Read moreI went there yesterday and it was about 7:10pm. I went through the drive-thru, and I could only hear slight mumbling over the speaker so I wait for a minute because I thought someone would eventually say something but they didn’t. After waiting at the speaker I pull around to the window where there are about three employees standing there. There was a girl with a headset on while it was still lighting up indicating that it was on. She looked at me a few times while I was sitting there and never opened the window to say anything. I sat there for another few minutes until I drove around and parked to go inside, and I pulled on the door for it to be locked. They then still looked at me and said nothing. I only got the girl to point to the side of the door after standing at the door staring for it to say they closed at 7. My point is they could have said something at the speaker or opened the window to say that they were closed. There were plenty of other cars behind me too waiting for a response and...
