EDIT: I was refunded the full price of my meal. I appreciate that much at least! They are trying to make it right and that is a good sign.

I ordered online at noon on August 21. It told me my order would be ready at 12:14. I arrived at Zaxbys at exactly 12:14. There was no order in the online order area. In order to be kind I waited five minutes assuming that maybe the employees were running behind. After five minutes and no sign of my order I pulled an employee aside and asked about my order. They told me to check where the online orders go on a shelf in the main lobby of the restaurant. Before I could respond that I had already checked the employee walked away. I pulled another employee aside THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING. I told them I am not stupid I know where too look for the orders you are the second person to tell me this it is not there please make my order which is now 15 minutes late on being made. The employee said sure and walked away. Five minutes later no movement on my order. I pulled a third employee aside who once again told me to check the shelf where they keep the online orders. I once again told them ITS NOT THERE. 20 minutes later then my order was due (and half of my work lunch break wasted) Randi and Scott were the only employees who were helpful and actually made sure my order was made. Despite that, my order was still not correct as I was missing a french fry. I have never been more ignored, insulted or disgusted by an experience at a fast food restaurant. It was very clear that no employee outside of the two previously mentioned cared, and they represented the company terribly. They were rude and unhelpful and too make matters worse failed to actually complete my order. Attached is the screenshot of my order and a picture of what I got, I have a video of my actually opening the food to prove I didn't tamper just to leave a bad review, google just won't let me attach the video. I wish they would give me a full refund. But after this experience I have a feeling they don't give a crap about any of their customers at all and defintely are not focused on customer service. Absolutely terrible experience and this Zaxbys should be ashamed of their work ethic. That being said Randi and Scott thank you for being the only helpful employees in a see of what looked like at least 20...

Ordered over app. They tried to give me half my order and acted like they didn't realize but then informed me it was because they were out of tenders. Had to ask for my drink and when I asked for my money back the girl didn't want to give it to me and acted like I was dumb asking for my money back when I didn't receive the food! Why would I pay for something and not get it!?! Then I didn't get any sauce on my 3 nibblers and they cut up a piece of chicken and threw it all in the box! It looked terrible when I opened it after I got home! (Pic will be posted below)Looked like they threw it in the box! Didnt even include my sauces that I picked for other meals. After I got mad she told me she could replace the meal I didn't receive since she seemed to not want to return my money. I said fine. So I took my food and drove 15 mins home to still be upset with this place again by the consideration they didn't take with my food! They need new employees or better managers! Never have I ever experienced such terrible service and food! I have never had this problem with this place before! But better believe I won't go back anytime soon!...

So I’m a big chicken fan, I love Zaxby’s in Tallahassee and Gainesville and almost everywhere else but this one is trash. I have an account and I normally order through it to avoid the long lines. Every single time I order it a certain way I get the opposite. For one they have children in there who want to argue with you when I’m grown asf and I PAID for this to be this way so of course i want my food exactly how it says on the receipt. I work too damn hard for my money. Tonight takes the cake and I’m fed up with it honestly. I have rewards deals so I ordered a great 8 boneless tossed in Tongue Torch with extra seasoning on the fries, ranch for dipping and a hi-c. Wings not tossed, NO SEASONINGS on the fries and no ranch. I show her the receipt and she argues and says well they are tossed and do you want a cup of seasoning. I shouldn’t have to do this. Like what’s the purpose of ordering it the way I prefer it if you’re going to do what you want regardless. Nah I’m good on y’all and I was gonna call the manager in the morning but nah I’m done. I’m washing my hands with Zaxby’s in Live Oak, Fl. DO NOT...

2nd visit in a few days. No soap dispenser in men's room. One brinen in women's room. Paper towel dispenser broken. Fries were also old. Paper towel dispenser was broken both time. Unacceptable. Edit: second soda dispenser is mostly out and lines were long waiting. Of course I have 4 kids so I was mostly to blame for the delay. Sorry customers! My son spilled his drink while we were waiting. I notified the cashier. It has been 5 minutes with 21 oz of root beer on the floor and no one seems interested in cleaning it. Of course there are no napkins for us to clean up ourselves. Edit... The cashier came and "cleaned up" the spill. She smeared the soda around with the mop and left it still pooling with ice cubes still on the floor for peop5to slip on.

2nd visit in a few days. No soap dispenser in men's room. One brinen in women's room. Paper towel dispenser broken. Fries were also old. Paper towel dispenser was broken both time. Unacceptable.
