About 8:51pm Placed order via phone.

About 9:00pm Arrived via car to site.

About 10:06pm Made phone call to site. Asked if my order from 8:51pm was ready. Worker had me repeat myself. Worker said order was ready and that I had to go through drive-thru. Stated that I was not informed of that, never been to the site before, and saw a worker going back and forth from site delivering orders to cars. Worker said those orders were late. Worker asked manager and then returned to phone call stating manager said they cannot do anything. Worker reiterated about the drive-thru and I reiterated what I already said. My last word "Well-- God bless you. I'll pass." [End]

Unfortunately-- my phone number was taken but was not used to make a phone call to me.

Pre-red flags-- number of poor reviews via Google; vulgar Hip-hop trap music playing so loud in the background of the phone call that I could barely hear the worker.

Sadly-- this order was for my family who was visiting from out of town.

Conclusion-- I will never return...

I guess I should have read the bad reviews before ordering from this store. Short version... placed an order online. Got a delivery confirmation and time and my card was charged. After an hour and a half with no delivery, I called the store to ask about the order. They said no order had been placed and when I explained that I got a confirmation and that I had been charged, the incredibly rude manager, Tim, argued about it not being his fault saying he doesn’t own the website and it’s our fault for not placing the order correctly. I think an order confirmation, delivery time and successful charge to my card indicates that I ordered correctly. He interrupted me repeatedly and was laughing the entire time. He just kept insisting that we place ANOTHER order to be charged AGAIN. He should definitely not be employed there as he is obviously not professional in any way. So now we have no food and are out $64. I would definitely order from a...

First of all I tried to do the right thing and tip the 15% .. But then I get slapped in the face … because I specifically put in the notes do not ring the bell because we have a dog that goes absolutely wild with the doorbell… So guess what .. he rang the bell…I even asked him if he read the notes and showed him the ticket and he advised he did not read the notes… So much for my 15% .. As far as the food goes can anybody please tell me have they changed their sauce or not … because this was the spiciest pizza I have ever gotten from Imos … ordered a large with pepperoni and sausage … also as it was the last couple times I’ve ordered they do not cut the pieces all the way through therefore you either have to cut it yourself or pull them apart if you don’t have any way of cutting them… I also order it well done because if you don’t then the dough is sticking to the box when you get it…Imos Quality control is...
