From the District Manager to the employees the services is poor,, rude, unprofessional. I was told by the GM that my name couldn't be updated in their system, because the data base is from Verizon Wireless and they can't update the name, address, or telephone to match my information. I purchased my home a year ago. Marco Pizza refuses to change it. If Mr. ##### and I both order a pizza and its in his name. He will end up with his food and mines. The DM wants to make it seem like its my fault because I brought the home. Depending on which Marco Pizza you go to the service is going to be VERY poor. Calling corporate office and leaving message doesn't do any good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never return your call!!! I will never order from this company again. There are too many pizza place I can order from and not dealing with the bad services. If I could give them no stars I would.
Follow up I received another telephone from the DM Mr. Allen... Once again VERY RUDE!!!!!! I was speaking and explaining the situation at hand and he called me argumentative and disconnected the call.... Read moreI just started ordering from here after I seen an ad for the new crust less pizza bowl. I am on the keto diet and this was perfect because I hate picking toppings off of the pizza when I order it for my kiddos because your still eating some crust and it is wasting food. None the less the first time I ordered it, it came moderately quickly but half the bowl was literally gone. Not like it slid, but more so like it was eaten. Freaked out, I called and ordered another one and although they forgot the ham this time and was slightly under done, the manager really filled it up this time and had it brought back out. Fast forward to today, I decided to order my kids pizza from here today as well as my keto bowl again. They had a 50 percent off pizza coupon and I said let’s do it. Pizza came, nice and crispy perfect temp, not too long for the driver but the only complain is the bowl was still kinda short. It didn’t look eaten this time only slid around a bit but the insides were just a little low. For us doing keto they need to focus more on filling us up with topping vs the sauce. Read moreAfter having problems with KFC and Lee's chicken accepting their company's coupons and having a very hungry family I placed an order with the Florissant location. Needless to say I changed my mind right after I ended the call about the size of the pizza I wanted. I called back and asked to change the order if at possible. The young lady was very friendly and asked her manager Rob. Rob came on the phone and apologized they could not change the order as it was in the oven. However he did not stop there he stated since I wasn't getting what I wanted to see him when I arrived to pick up the order! When I arrived Rob came out and apologized again and gave me $2.50 off my order and extra punches on their frequent purchase card! Talk about AWESOME customer service! I haven't been in the customer service industry for 20 years and this is the level of service I want my employees to model. It wasn't about the discount that was nice, it was about Rob caring that one of his customers was not going to be happy with their order and not settling for that.
