Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Florissant

The young lady looks like she may have been a teenager long braids .. when I entered the store I was never greeted once I approached the counter she stated “can I help you” in the most unpleasant way I stated I would like to place a order she replied “yea what you want” so distasteful she started whispering to her coworker another young teen they looked and laughed .. she asked my name for the order I gave her the name I asked for a drink holder because I ordered 3 drinks she sled the folded drink holder across the counter which left me no choice but to figure out how to open it myself … when I return to the counter she didn’t tell me if my food was ready so I stood there for 15 mins which the food that was on the counter was mine she just didn’t want to tell me when asked was this my food she said “yea” 15 mins had gone passed the food was cold … I told her that wasn’t all my food she bagged another order up forgetting I had 3 orders and sled the bag across the counter … very distasteful very unpleasant not professional at all never had such a bad experience with...

I wanted to see for myself what all of the hype was about with Raising Cane’s restaurant. I went there for the first time. I was surprised. I got the 4 piece combo. Everything was perfect. There was a long line, but the wait was worth it. I appreciate how they repeat the order back to you after you place your order. They repeat it again when you’re paying for it. And the repeat your order a 3rd time before they give it to you to make sure they got it right. Good customer service. I will be back.

Update: I went back 2 more times. I thought the 2nd time would be as good as the first. When it wasn’t I went back a 3rd time to give them another chance. Both times my fries were cold, and tasted like they had been fried in old grease. The chicken didn’t seem cooked thoroughly. I don’t know maybe I was really hungry the first time, and didn’t noticed that the food wasn’t as great as I thought. I probably...

10/12/21- Went to this location today for lunch. The inside was closed (why, I don't know), so I went through the drive thru. First, I sat at the speaker for a few minutes hearing nothing from the order taker. Two cars came up behind my car. Finally, she says "Did someone take your order?" to which I answered no. She then proceeded to rush me through my order like she had something to do. When I got to the last window, I asked the girl who took my order. She had the NERVE to ask, "Why?" Huh? You don't talk like that to no adult.....or customer! I answered, ""Because I asked who." I asked for a manager. When he came to the window, I explained what I experienced. He was looking like he didn't GAF. This is a condensed story, but I was so displeased. Hire hood girls in your establishment.....get bad customer service. My last time going to this location! The food was good...
