Busloop Burgers — Restaurant in Florissant

Building was a little hard to see from the street, but once I walked in, I was greeted immediately. That was a good sign for me. Most of the time, walking into a restaurant, I'm usually not greeted that fast. I placed an online ordered and it wasn't ready. I was highly upset about this one. It stated that food would be ready at 6:45, yet u had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food. After being told, I had to wait 15 more minutes once I walked in at 6:45 for my food. Definitely need to work on telling customers correct times. The atmosphere in here seems just gloomy overall, in my opinion! After the long wait, my cheese sauce wasn't even in the bag. Now, let's get to the food it was made right, tasted amazing. Was a bit greasey but no big deal. If you are in a rush, don't go here. Business is ran by teenagers, there seems to never be a manager on duty. I ordered a shake with caramel and it was made very sloppy. The light skin young lady then process to laugh and joke with her coworkers abt how poorly made the shake was. I didn’t say anything else just proceeded to wait for my order and by tht time every employee was laughing joking abt my shake. I decided to give this location another try and while waiting for my food I seen the young man in the red hat and hoodie that you have posted on your photos hand his mother an $100 bill from out of the register. Food was good. Customer service wasn’t. After I grabbed my food, I went to check and ensure everything was in the bag before I left. The lady who handed me the food said to the lady at the register that she hates when people do that after she just bagged it and said “doing all that extra stuff.” Yeah, I’m going to check the food that I just payed for to make sure I got everything because there have been times when I didn’t check the food at other places and didn’t get everything I was supposed to. I’ve been to the other Bus Loops before but this was my first time at this one and likely won’t be going back. Took a lot out of me to not retaliate the way...
