My fries were cold and when I asked the worker to replace them he responded with an attitude like I asked for a kidney or his first born child. I am so over bad customer service. He asked me to return the food so that he could put the fresh fries in the box and I asked him for something to put my tenders in so that I could eat those while they were still hot while I waited, again with more bad attitude he goes and has a conference with 2 other people about the situation. At this time I'm more than irritated I said since this seems to be a problem just refund my money. Another young lady comes to the window and asked me to pull up to wait I again asked for something to put my tenders in to eat them while they were hot she said that they would just remake the whole order for me. I work in customer service and it's not always easy to deal with the public but if you are not good with people go work in a warehouse and save me and other patrons from having to deal with your horrible service. Food sucked and so did the service. Next time I want DQ I will take the 30 minute drive to the Granite City Illinois DQ were the food is hot and the service...

I took the cake back and the staff acted as if they didn’t care and told me the policy was that once I paid for the cake there were no refunds. I understand the policy but there were hairs in the cake and my sisters have a birthday party with a cake with hairs in it! They were able to exchange it for an already made cake but I was hesitant as there were hairs in the previous cake. At this point I have no choice because my sisters are without a cake. The hygiene and professionalism of this establishment needs to be addressed. There should be no reason that there is hairs in anyone’s food. I have tried to call this establishment many times but no answer and even written to corporate with no response. My sister’s personalized experience was ruined due to the employees neglecting their personal hygiene requirements for work. I used to LOVE DQ!!! I literally go once or twice a week. For the past month I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this Black girl at the window! I have seen her a total of four times now. The first time she was rude and didn't greet me. The second time I was in the car with my Father, she was nice, greeted him, and provided excellent Cusromer Service. The 3rd time I saw this chick I was by myself she didn't say anything although I said HELLO! Two day ago I went to DQ and she was at the window I didn't greet her but I said THANK YOU... She said nothing back! I figured if I met her with kindness tonight maybe I'd get that in return! No!!! She met me with a mean mug, no smile, didn't say hello and I bought a total of 5 shakes. She didn't secure my shakes. One of the shakes spilled out in my  BRAND NEW CAR!!! AND TONIGHT... TONIGHT WAS MY LAST STRAW!!!!!! I can't patronize and establishment where I can't get greeted!!!! Visited this location today as my daughter wanted it for dinner. Was met with a notice as I carry large bills that I am unable to pay with 50s or 100s as they cant trust the employees to verify them to be real. Spoke to the franchise owner david greer and he informed me that they cants accept it because they dont know of any technology to verify real Bill's vs fake ones as I'm lucky to have had my cards on me as I seldom carry them to pay for our meal as we almost were turned away due to my only cash on me being hundred dollar Bill's. Would suggest that they look a little harder as the technology exist and to not accept legal us tender for goods and services seems illogical to me as a business. Will be visiting other locations as this is not a corporate policy but a franchisee policy I disagree with. Staff was friendly except the manager who when I asked walked away from me instead of speaking with me about it until I literally asked him to speak with me multiple times to get me the franchise owners number.

When the blizzards finally came, the counter person dumped them in a sack and handed them to me. When I mentioned the sign, the shift manager, who was standing nearby, said "oh, we don't do that here." I then asked why the sign was up if they didn't. She blamed it on COVID and then ignored me. She was flippant, if not downright rude. The counter girl mentioned that I was the third person to question that sign. Turning a blizzard upside down is a DQ signature move, and it's ridiculous to blame COVID for not doing it. If you're not going to follow an advertised policy, take the sign down.
