My fries were cold and when I asked the worker to replace them he responded with an attitude like I asked for a kidney or his first born child. I am so over bad customer service. He asked me to return the food so that he could put the fresh fries in the box and I asked him for something to put my tenders in so that I could eat those while they were still hot while I waited, again with more bad attitude he goes and has a conference with 2 other people about the situation. At this time I'm more than irritated I said since this seems to be a problem just refund my money. Another young lady comes to the window and asked me to pull up to wait I again asked for something to put my tenders in to eat them while they were hot she said that they would just remake the whole order for me. I work in customer service and it's not always easy to deal with the public but if you are not good with people go work in a warehouse and save me and other patrons from having to deal with your horrible service. Read moreI ordered a personalized cake for my baby sister’s birthday last week. Picked up the cake and got home for it to be tiny pieces of black hair in the icing. I took the cake back and the staff acted as if they didn’t care and told me the policy was that once I paid for the cake there were no refunds. I understand the policy but there were hairs in the cake and my sisters have a birthday party with a cake with hairs in it! They were able to exchange it for an already made cake but I was hesitant as there were hairs in the previous cake. At this point I have no choice because my sisters are without a cake. The hygiene and professionalism of this establishment needs to be addressed. There should be no reason that there is hairs in anyone’s food. I have tried to call this establishment many times but no answer and even written to corporate with no response. Read moreI used to LOVE DQ!!! I literally go once or twice a week. For the past month I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this Black girl at the window! I have seen her a total of four times now. The first time she was rude and didn't greet me. The second time I was in the car with my Father, she was nice, greeted him, and provided excellent Cusromer Service. The 3rd time I saw this chick I was by myself she didn't say anything although I said HELLO! Two day ago I went to DQ and she was at the window I didn't greet her but I said THANK YOU...
