Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Flower Mound

Unfortunately I’ve had great and horrible experiences here. I’ve had really yummy fresh pizza and I’ve also had undercooked AND dry(old) pizza as well. The reason for my review was when I let them aware of my skepticism instead of agreeing or just taking responsibility and apologizing like good customer service providers should do, I had 2 people over the phone and in person give me a bucket full of excuses. I think it’s great you’re known for being “quick” and your manager can cook a pizza in 19 seconds, yet since I’ve experienced a raw pizza don’t you think it’s possible you rushed it??! When you cook a Burger at home or make pasta you let it on the stove for 19secs and serve it to your family?. Or if you “always have 3 managers every shift” why am I constantly sitting and waiting having to ring the bell for anyone to notice I’m at the drive thru... I said I wasn’t gonna write a review after I was so dismissed about my concerns, but then I got home and noticed I didn’t get the Parmesan packets I paid for. Yes you can refund that $1.83 back on my card. Semi Great food, Shitty...

Ordered 2 pizzas special at 10:36 am. Pizzas got there at 11:22 am. Driver had other deliveries in front of our orders. Called to complain. Person who answed the phone did nothing but argue with me and made up excuses to justify the error. Finally offered to replace the pizzas. I had rental equipment so redoing lunch was not a option. Totally unhappy with this store and the service. Up date to this review I was contacted by a district supervisor over the area and he gave me a credit for the entire order. When I used said credit, the store manager asked me what 2 pizza's i wanted? Don't worry about the cost.... Needless to say I went all out. 12 minutes later I had fresh...

The New York style pizza crust was extremely stale, tasting and hard. There were ample toppings at least. I haven't ordered at this location in a while. I wasn't able to go to the International Parkway location that is close by. That location always hits home runs with quality and freshness. I think it's worth the extra couple of miles to stick with International Parkway store.

Update: So, the owner requested that I contact them in response below. I promptly contacted them, and they never bothered to respond to make things right. I never requested anything in the first place. They made the offer below my comment. I guess it wasn't that important to follow...
