First of all we ALWAYS have issues with messed up orders here and yet tried it due to years away and convenient location. So be prepared to check your food (number of items and what is inside the items). We will be OPENING every item at their drive through window from now on before driving off to avoid this issue since they don't want to answer phones or fix the problems. So I'm sorry to whomever is behind me in the future!
We have issues with our order and didn't know till we got home due to right number of items. We have called the store MORE THAN 10 times in a row trying to get an answer and NO ONE will answer. So I spent $44 for my family for me to NOT eat my food so I can go back up there where answering a phone is impossible while there "now hiring" signs all over. Wha if I wanted a job since y'all are in need. Management at this location has ALWAYS been difficult. We just moved back after a few years away from the area and I highly regret spending money at this location because now I WASTED MY MONEY TO NOT EAT to drive back. And we only have one parent working while another is a caregiver for elderly family. So we cannot afford to waste money on our one lunch the kiddos picked out for the week. This needs addressed!

Read moreThis is a store that I regularly visit. Just like always, I place my order online and then leave to pick it up. I've never had a problem until today.
I saw the drive thru was busy, so I went inside to pick up my order. The young man said he did not have an order under my name. I showed him my confirmation email while he continued to explain that I had not placed my order. He looked at the email on 4 separate occasions. The manager would not come to the front counter to talk to me. After complaining to this guy over and over they finally made my order. He asked to see the email one more time, so I obliged. He says, “Oh! I see the problem! You placed the order at another store.” This was incorrect. I placed the order for this store and I even asked him to recite the address to me. It’s a shame the young man didn’t just say, “Sorry about that, we’re getting the food made now.” He had to be rude and create an argument with the customer.
I am disappointed and have might not visit this store anymore. I used to have such a great relationship with all the employees, but that has changed...
Read moreSometimes there are super nice people and a nice staff however i have repeatedly had run ins with a girl who is incredibly rude. (I think her name’s Julie) Last night my friend and I went to get some food. We asked for a moment to think and when we went to order she yelled at us to hold on. We kinda shrugged it off (we both work as cashiers and know that sometimes you have multiple orders at once) however then we heard her say “go ahead” and we began to order. Again she screamed at us to hold on. At this point we were considering just going to another location but we decided against it and waited. After we ordered we double checked at the window to make sure that one of our tacos didn’t have tomatoes on it.
