We ordered online on Halloween night, sent my boyfriend to pick up the pizza. He got there around 9:20pm where he met with “Pete” (apparently a manger) who had the worst attitude after he asked if he could get xtra parm and butter all over the 2 pizzas. “Well that’s gonna be 5 dollars you gotta give me a minute” he understood they were busy so he just said okay no problem. A kid in the back then asked Pete how if it was just supposed to be on crust or all over. Pete only said crust so my boyfriend corrected him and said no all over. Then Pete proceeded to yell “WELL THATS GONNA BE ANOTHER 5 DOLLARs” proceed to charge us not once did he give us a receipt so now I’m wondering if it went to their tips. mind you we took picture of the pizza it was only on the crust. And the kid in the back who made our bread poured butter and sprinkled some parm inside the bag, then chucked it at the wall. My boyfriend then called me to tell me we got charged an xtra 10$ for butter and parm and didn’t even get the 10$ worth. When I called up the next day “Erika” the General manager she wasn’t apologetic at all not taking anything seriously she was just trying to get off the phone. Then proceed to tell me Pete was right and that there was nothing she could do about his attitude. That she doesn’t have that type of authority, she couldn’t tell me the names of the employees who was working that night or who threw our bread at the wall. lied said she didn’t know who works and when then I found out she makes the schedule and trains the employees for management. proceeded to tell me she can’t give me corporates number either nor her bosses and that she was going to contact her boss(Tammi) to call me but never did I get a call. So I guess apparently the customers don’t matter at...
Read moreNot a great experience. I ordered my food at 6:44, was told it would be 15-20 minutes, (no big deal) I arrived at 7:05 and waited in line for another 5 minutes. At 7:25 I finally asked where my food was, the manager went back and made it real quick and put it in the oven. During this time another customer was complaining that he had been waiting for 45 minutes and wanted his money back. At 7:35 I asked again for my food and they said it was in the oven. Finally got my pizzas at 7:40. This is entirely too long. Dont tell me to be there in 15-20 minutes if your not going to put my food in for another 20 minutes. And all the while the girl on register is continuing to talk more orders and get the staff in back farther and farther behind. I feel if you cant get the orders you already have, then you should not continue to take orders and make people wait that much longer. Pizza was good, even though I waited 55...
Read moreDon’t waste your time! Horrible customer service and worse overall experience! After a 10 minute phone conversation with a guy that acted like it was his first day on the job, I drove 15 minutes in to town to pickup my order...to be told that they only made part of my order and didn’t have the ingredients to make the rest. So, although I was already frustrated by the circumstances, I tried to brush it off and give them the benefit of the doubt: I decided to wait for a different pizza to be made. That was a very bad choice: after I had already paid for my food, the Guy working the counter bagged up my other food and left it on the counter for over 10 minutes, getting cold, while I waited for my other pizza. So, not only did I not get the food I wanted, the food from my original order was then cold and rubbery by the time I got it home. I will never get food from Little Caesar’s in...
