The good: The ambiance is great! Very cozy. Prices and reasonable and the items are top notch. My blueberry muffin had little chunks of nuts--very nice!
The bad: We came as a family to get some treats on a road trip. After the five of us got a bakery item, we walked over for coffee next door. Adults got coffee. We asked if we could get water for the kids. Yes, $3. My son asked if he could just take in his water bottle. I explained the sign on the door that said no outside food or beverages, but the person at the counter said it would be no problem. He got it. My husband went in the bakery to buy muffins for me and I told him no nuts. So theres a new girl behind the counter and my husband said to her I want three muffins that don't have any nuts in them.
