Taco Bell — Restaurant in Flushing

Lately this location has not been very great. When we first moved to the neighborhood, it was really good. Hot food, friendly staff, orders always right. But the last few times I had carried meals out they have always manged to get an order wrong. Tonight was no different. After bringing dinner home to my family, I had ordered myself a Chicken power bowl with no guacamole or sour cream. And another member of my family a crunch wrap supreme replace the beef with beans. Both orders were wrong. There was beef and they failed to take off the guac and sour cream. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this has happened literally every time I set foot in the restaurant. They replaced both meals which I was happy about. However I had to repeat the order multiple times until it was correct. I still wasn't able to get my power bowl correct as apparently they stop serving black beans passed 11pm. So I had to settle for refried beans instead. Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite places but this has put me off. Going back wasting gas etc. If I'm feeling up for fast food I think I'll stick with Subway or...

Management is very poor. They are constantly out of things. Ive went here and was very polite when ordering and the young lady who was taking my order was extremely rude. I think she got fired so thats cool but I went there again and they said their drive through was down.. however that happens. So I went in and ordered and their mountain dew was out so I asked if they could maybe change the cartridge and they said they were “out of mountain dew” completely. Which is ight because that pink lemonade is bomb.com so thats what i got instead. Another time I wanted to order three empanadas and the worker told me they would have to make some and it would take 20 minutes. I was surprised by that but decided to wait and it ended up only taking 5 minutes. I believe she told me that so i wouldn't order them. And lastly another experience i had, I pull up to the window and they say their computers are down and the computers looked completely fine but honestly I’ve never experienced such poor restaurant quality. Absolute worst customer service you can possibly have !! Not only did they not put my (cold)food in the wrappers , or my sauces in the bag When I went back in to tell them about the issue just about the side sauce not in the bag they ALL got an attitude The gentleman that was doing the back line order taking making the food was absolutely rude Tell me that I should have double check my stuff before I come in that I best be looking again I that he knows what he did!?and I need to watch my self!?Then the "Store Manager" ran to the counter getting loud yelling saying sorry sorry ooo sorry as he is smirk smiling now getting mad quick to the tongue The Store Manager told me that I need to watch my 7 year old child because he waved at him and it was disrespectful!!!! ....
