Colonial Lanes — Local services in Mount Morris Charter Township

Place doesn't close until 2a.m. The old lady at the front cut the lanes off at 145/150. We were on the 6/7 frame and asked to see if we could finish the game. We didn't ask for any special treatment. She said no and was rude. Talked to the "manager" the next morning. The manager said he would do an investigation and never returned my calls. We had a party of 7 people and spent atleast $250 to be treated with disrespect and have our time cut short with the manager not caring or tryin to make it better. Seems to me the employee at the counter was trying to leave at 2am instead of closing the place at 2 am and letting us use the time I paid for. Everything is outdated and old. Needs to be remodled. Sure that place won't be open much longer. Bet places to go with better technology and happy respectful employees. Wish there was a button for less that 1 star. If you are not going to fill the vending machines then jis take them out. There is no music for the lanes. There is karaoke in the bar but they want you to pay for the "juke box" as they call it but it only plays in the bar. It's...

Absolutely the worst bowling alley I have been in for years. The place is a mess ,stuff is falling apart, the employees don't want to to anything. The one adult drink I received had a 1/4 inch chip on the top of the glass running halfway down the glass and she said I didn't notice.... All the vending machines say go to in house kitchen, food was warm where it needed to be cold, and very unpleasant taste when we had received our food and yes 6 people 4 different things. All the claw games are rigged more than usual 13.00 in one machine and nothing and more people put more in other machines. Workers are very lazy just playing on there phones. Not trying to help or assist people with much. And it's not like I don't go to bowling alleys. I go to bowling alleys for my nephews. Games tournaments and just for my own fun.
