I have been here before with no complaints, today was the worst nail Salon experience I have ever had. I asked for a pedicure and an ombré full set, except I wanted clear to sparkly instead of traditional pink to white. I’ve had it done before many of times lots of places. The gentlemen “Indy” doing my nails just couldn’t fathom what I was asking for and told me that’s not what ombre was, got frustrated and started shouting at me, after I showed him pictures and he told me he could do it. What I was left with was not what I asked for all he did was sprinkle glitter on the tips and charged me for a $65 ombré job. I left with top coat pooled into my cuticles, the glitter not evenly coated and acrylic left all over my finger tips. Would love to return but I can’t just be spending $65 on something that I could have done at home. (UPDATE) got home and looked at the bottom of my foot and I still have dead skin on the bottoms of my feet

New update, Talked to the manager Tia, was given a $40 credit for my fill in two weeks, but due to my review that i posted before I talked to them, they can’t help me anymore. I was asked to take down review for that credit, but if you’re gonna make me hide my review on what happened you could at least give me all my money back…. lol make...

This was my first time at this location. I called at 2:55 and asked for a 3:15pm appointment for a basic pedicure. I was told to come in. I put my name on the list and wasn't immediately greeted, but I talked to a woman next to me who said she'd been there before and had been very satisfied.

At around 3:30 I was approached by Tim who said he'd be doing my pedicure. He was a delightful young man who was very funny.

At first I wasn't sure because he seemed to be filing my toenails a little bit rough, but he had such a good attitude I gave it a chance. I am so glad I did. He gave a great pedicure, complete with a exfoliant and massage. I truly enjoyed it!.

I am so excited that I actually had such a great experience so close to home. At $45, totally worth it! I will be asking for Tim if I can get him....

Not that happy with the guy who sits all the way at the end by where you wash your hands, last desk, don’t know his name, he always cuts around my nails, has done it both times he’s done my fills, makes me bleed, he over charges you, seems to be purposely so he can pocket the extra. $5 extra dollars to trim your nails when you come in every 2 weeks and need them cut down, he tries to add $5 onto the service, but all the other nail techs do not. Both times this guy has done my nails he has tried to do this to me and it’s really upsetting as I have very short acrylic nails and do not require much of a cut down and going across each nail with a nail drill that literally takes him an extra 1 minute shouldn’t inconvenience him so much.
