Wawa — Restaurant in Folcroft

Been coming here for years and never really had a issue until these last few months. To start there’s a certain employee in the deli part that has given me a awful hoagie not once, not twice, not even three times. It’s every time this guy makes it he somehow makes it taste disgusting. Lettuce tastes like it sat in old water and just sloppy with the hoagie itself. So I refuse to order hoagies if I know the guy is there. Now the new issue I’ve been having recently that’s happened 5 times already in 2 weeks is when I do order a hoagie 5 out of the 7 times recently there was missing parts of the hoagie. No lettuce, no mayo or even meat. I called and asked are you short on supplies because I’m being shorted on my hoagie. Person told me I must not be using the kiosk right like I’m a dummy. Something as simple as me getting a burrito. Was a reason for them to be rude. I do expect people to talk to me like I'm a human that deserves respect because I give it. The girl behind the counter acted like she didn't even want to hear me ask a question. And I guess I was supposed to slow my morning down because they had nowhere to go. The best Wawa I have ever been to hands down! The staff and managers are attentive, friendly, and polite. Thorough customer service means a lot to me as a shopper. I would recommend this location and hope other customers may experience the friendliness I have experienced. Furthermore, the food is good, the gas is reasonably priced, and convenience.

Update: Today is another reason why I dig this place...more so the staff! A woman named Diane helped me when she noticed a rubber piece to the front of my vehicle had came off after I had drove too far over the barrier. That was so awesome! Al hamdu lillaah/All praises...
