Family Dollar — Local services in Sharon Hill

I am not usually a Family Dollar store customer. I missed my bus stop and ended up in Sharon Hill PA, at the trolley stop. My shopping destination was behind me now. I was seeking a bed pillow. I not only found a wonderful 1.5" gussetted pillow, I found a Navy blue multi tone top to go with a pair of shorts at home. The woman who I first encountered when I entered the store was in the midst of a minor retail crisis. Even though she was involved with something else, she took the time to listen and direct me to the exact location of the pillows. The top I purchased was half price @2.50. I could not pass it up. 1 in my size and a comfortable new pillow and I have a new shop to haunt for nice bargains with a staff whom are very knowledgeable about the store set up and very helpful and friendly to boot. Yes, Family Dollar in Sharon Hill PA has won my business. I do love a bargain. More so I value the time and attention I received. Thank you to the taller woman who was so helpful in the middle of a situation I had no idea was happening when I first walked in. It was a good experience for me. Cashier was unprofessional and when I asked to speak with a manager and she came to the phone she was even more deplorable especially in light that as a person in a management position I expected a higher standard. When I say higher standard I'm speaking in terms of professionalism in customer service, communication, a willingness to assist a customer, demeanor, and effectively answering a customers inquiries. This is my local closest family dollar which I frequent almost everyday but for the nonchalant snd uncaring attitude by these two representatives of Family Dollar I will take the extra five minute ride to buy my essentials and spend my disposable dollars at the Folsom store where they care about retaining their customers. It's cleaner and more organized in Folsom anyway. So sorry Sharon Hill u just lost a customer but looking at previous reviews I see I'm not the first. Lots of clothes! Always can find what you're looking for. Very convenient near route 113 SEPTA bus and route 102 trolley. Always clean! Tons of items prices slashed in half. This was the bestest place to get non name brand cruiser-pull ups for my daughters when not just allergic to aloe gel diapers, but temperaly to hypoallergenic gel diapers. Until close to 18 months old. But it was always good to buy Huggies here for still highly sensitive hynes.
