We ordered some food through the drive thru, we get home and realized the fried zucchini wasn't full. They raised the prices so you would think they could at least fill the order. It was half empty. I called and asked why this order of almost $5 was half empty and the guy who answered the phone was completely rude, then went on to say the prices are only going to get worse and get higher. Not sure who trained this person in customer service, but it was horrible. I have no problem paying the extra for things but fill the order when purchased. To make things worse, there was hair in my food. We have gone to this location without issues in the past.. the staff have been friendly..but this guy was out of line and nobody should have to worry about someone else's hair in the food that you just paid for. Steve (I hope that is his name) helped my friends first since they knew what they wanted. Now, what usually happens is that servers help them first and then walk away when they're done ordering, leaving me alone at the counter waiting until their order is out so I can order; or, my friends call the server back to take my order. I'm afraid of confrontation. He actually stayed at the counter to take my order. It said, "Unable to Validate bag". Tried to order the exact same thing on the register, but it was almost $10 more for the order. I asked if someone could help me and the manager Steven came He looked at the order on my app and said I was doing everything correctly, but didn't know why it wasn't working. I asked if he would honor the price and just ring it up on the register. He said "no, I don't manage the app".
