During my recent visit, I arrived at 1.40 pm, just 20 minutes before the lunch buffet was scheduled to close. Despite the timing, the team at Chicago's Pizza With A Twist kindly put together a fresh pizza just for me. I was blown away by their generosity and commitment to providing the best possible experience for their customers.

I have to say, the Paneer Tikka Masala pizza was absolutely delicious! The unique blend of Indian flavors with classic pizza toppings was a real treat for my taste buds. It's clear that the team at Chicago's Pizza With A Twist has a real passion for creating unique and memorable pizza experiences.

But what really sets this restaurant apart is their commitment to the community. The owner has been a long-time supporter of local events and initiatives, including donating pizzas to help feed the homeless and those displaced by fires. As someone who values supporting local small businesses that give back to the community, I can't recommend Chicago's Pizza With A Twist enough.

Edit: 04/17/16 Was disappointed in the customer service but the owner called and resolved the issue much to my satisfaction and owning up. I am impressed with owner's core business values and strong customer orientation. He explained the situation on what resulted in the delay of the order and offered to make up by delivering the order at another time of my choice. He assured that the business team recognized the lapse and have implemented measures to prevent the situation from happening again.

We have always enjoyed the food (esp. lunches with my team), just this last time the delivery piece didn't work out due to volume of orders that business recieved.

Their vegan pizza are too good to believe to be fully vegan! The crust is hand made and it was truly amazing. However, it is hard to believe that there was no egg or dairy in it, as well as the “ranch” sauce that they used, it tasted too similar to the regular one. Their vegan “tikka” pizza that was a “twist” option was very tasty and amazing. I would recommend to vegans like us to ask the personal for advice, so they can lead your choices to the options that would fit you the best, but you can most likely create your own if you like,or add anything you want.
