Very hard to actually even get into the parking lot for this place. The location where it's at is terrible. If I owned this place I would completely pick up and move from that location.
Or I would have petitioned the city put a turning lane into here. It's practically impossible to turn from Madison into this place because there is no turning lane and because the speed limits are 50 miles per hour. It's the same problem as the CVS except the CVS you can at least make a u-turn to get on the opposite side of the traffic flow.
We have to go from Madison to make a left turn and even at that flow of direction you still can't get in there. Came back went to CVS parking lot then got out made a right turn and then got on the left turning lane, to then make another left into the driveway as another cat was coming out and I'm in a tiny car and barely fit.
The driveway into the actual dunkin' donuts area is super Narrow and only one car fits at a time and I'm not talking about the drive-thru. If I own this place I would definitely demolish that driveway and make it wider and get permission from the city.
It's just not in a good location because of the traffic conditions.
The other thing, they were extremely understaffed 2 people only. A manager and a cashier. Not a good sign they seem overworked and A... Bused.
The bathroom was filthy it look like it had not been cleaned in 10 years. No toilet paper, no soap. No hot water to at least disinfect yourself. And mold and mildew all over the toilet inside and out.
They should definitely hire an outside company to come clean the bathroom because I don't believe that people work in fast food should be cleaning the bathroom. But they could do like Round Table does and hire an outside company to come and clean the bathrooms.
The television did not work at least that's what they told us so my son could not even watch anything while we were there.
It was just not a good experience. Definitely 0 starts for a dining experience.
We were supposed to have this happy outing and none of it can be done because of the conditions of this place.
We couldn't even use the restroom because it was so gross. I just did not allow my son to use it. I didn't want to use it. It was too gross for us to use it.
The ladies working there were wonderful it's not their fault they should not be punished. But whoever the general manager is for this place should definitely put a work order for that television. Or they should at least downsize to a smaller television so that customers can actually watch TV.
The business should actually make an effort to give people proper directions on how to get to this place.
The business should petition the city so that there is Turning Lanes to actually get to this place from all streets.
The business should also make an effort to give customers a proper map about how they can travel to this location. It was my first time going there and it will be my last. I'm not going there ever again, it was so bad.
I think the worst part had to be how hard it was to actually get into the parking lot for the building.
There was also paintings that were missing from the walls almost as if somebody had taken them. And underneath you could see where the paintings had been because the paint they used to be there had been removed. There's also just a wire sticking out of the wall where the painting used to be. Just seems like nobody's actually addressed these things or taking care of these things or put work orders to do painting.
The place is neglected honestly. And it was completely dead inside during one of the usual restaurant rush times probably because nobody can actually get to turning into this location because there is no turning lane from Madison straight into there and the flow of traffic is so high speed that even if there was it would almost be dangerous. The drive-thru was about the only thing that they had going for them once in a while they were...
Read moreTHEY MIX ALLERGEN SPOONS BE CAREFUL! saw it many times while watching. they rinse it with water, IF that and pretend people can’t die from allergies. very little awareness and a huge lack of professionalism. manager kayla is racist and it’s a very toxic environment. roseville location will say the same about her in the reviews! store owner is corrupt and doesn’t care either. the crew will purposely make your order wrong if you upset them, or they’ll make your food cold, add extra ice in your drinks, short you on donut holes, etc…but they refuse to leave even tho they’re miserable there and hate their customers. they’ll be talking bad about you while you’re waiting in line and then smile to your face when you pull up. very nasty and negative people. equipment is rarely cleaned. manager will also purposely ignore your complaints. watched the phone being ignored many times, reviews will also tell you that. the reason lobby is locked at random times is because nobody shows up and nobody wants to deal with you guys! too hard to do their job fyi. MANAGERS DO NOT MAKE CREW COMPLETE TRAINING. they just throw people on the floor, that’s why people seem “incompetent”, as some reviews have said. they’re poor newbies with little to ZERO help and like i said, terrible environment so they probably don’t feel comfortable asking for help either. someone mentioned an employee repeating “iced americano” over and over in a rude manner. i wanted to touch on this, i noticed the long time workers are severely miserable and they take that out on customers by being passive aggressive while they turn their mic off and laugh at you while you’re ordering. it’s...
Read moreI gotta share this experience this morning. Went thru the drive thru and ordered my regular order for my family, but found out our first 3 choices were out. We’re talking bagels, nothing fancy. Settled for some other more expensive options so I asked for a discount that was denied, no biggie. Rolled up several minutes later to the window and literally sat there for at least 5 minutes and not a peep from anyone, kinda awkward. Finally someone comes to take payment and then waited some more. Finally, food in hand, pulled off to check and it was missing items and discovered a cold expensive sandwich. Very frustrated at this point, I went in to fix it and experienced some more absolutely lovely customer service, so I asked for a refund. Some fumbling along with more awkward silence and zero apologies, left fairly pissed off.
Now at my car, I see a worker coming out and he makes eye contact with me and says “have a blessed day brother” with the most sarcastic tone and smirk. This was the cherry on top.
I enjoy Dunkin on the east coast but this is one of many crappy experiences from Sacramento area Dunkin’s so I will stick with Dutch Bros who has the absolute best...
