Feng Cha Folsom — Restaurant in Folsom

I have visited this place 3 times and the first two visits were fine, but when I went on Friday...I’m not even trying to overreact, but some of the staff members at this place are extremely rude. The person taking my order had glasses, skinny, and looked like she was just there to socialize. She was distracted, very sassy, unprofessional, and it seemed like she would rather spend her time with the teenage customers than take her job seriously.

The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the cleanliness and the quality of the food, but if the girl that took my order is going to continue working here, then I will spend my money at Feng Cha's competitors like Bober...

I've been to many boba places in the past and this is the one place i found that's actually worth the drive. Service is always top quality and friendly staff. Not only that but the variety of boba drink flavors they have are not the most typical ones you'd find at most boba shops. Everything tastes always fresh and well made although the cake deserts are a bit dry and flavorless, dont really recomend. This location is tucked away next to a credit union and not easy to find without navigation. There is plenty of parking and it's nice and quiet, but I'm not sure that bodes well for overall foot traffic for this business.

Having said that Feng Cha is a pretty well known chain and they have a good selection of teas and specialty drinks. My wife and I had I think a Mango Dream and a Kiwi Basil tea. We agreed both were very good and while I'm not sure we'll be in the area often, we'd gladly...
