I'm 35 years old, and I've never been in a sandwich shop with worse customer service than this joke of a restaurant. On two occasions, I have placed to-go orders for a signature Mr. Pickle sandwich. The first time, I got there about 10 minutes after my call, and I had to wait another 15 minutes before I got the sandwich. They were busy, so I excused it.
The second time, the man on the phone said they could have it ready in five minutes. I get over there about 10 minutes later. Still not done. Someone asks me if I want the sandwich for there or to go. I tell them to go. I wait several more minutes, and the sandwich is still not done, despite the fact that the people behind the counter outnumber the measly amount of customers in the restaurant. So I left to go to Subway down the sidewalk.
I work at a job where I have to clock in and clock out, so I don't have the luxury of wasting time for people who mislead me about when my food will get done. Is the food at Mr. Pickle better than Subway's? Sure. But what difference does it make when you're lied to on the phone and when the staff can't even make the restaurant's signature sandwich in a...
Read moreThe sandwich was just okay. I asked for extra peppers and extra garlic sauce, which I did not get extra of either. I'm not even sure they put the garlic sauce on. The customer service was awful. There were 3 girls in there working, one was sitting down at a table on a tablet (maybe on break) but the other two girls didn't even acknowledge me when I first walked in. Minutes later one of them said "picking up or ordering" I said ordering and she told me she'd be with me in a minute. I waited probably 4-5 minutes while they focused on making other sandwiches and then was rudely asked "what do you want?". As one girl was making my sandwich the other rang me up. I also ordered a fountain drink, which she never gave me and I had to ask for the cup again. Була ціна роботи $450 ,мене попросили зробити ,ще деяку роботу,я оцінив її в $150 ,але я не правильно зрозумів ,яка була ціна,я подумав $250 ,але в клієнта все в invoice все було написано,він мене запитує скільки ,я кажу $400,так як я думав $250 плюс $150,він зрадів,виписав чек на $ 400 ,і запропонував пообідати безкоштовно,але я ж бачив як там все,і кажу дякую. І коли я вийшов від них,я зателефонував в офіс,я зрозумів,що помилився,йому подзвонили ,і він сказав,я не збираюсь доплачувати $200 ,і так і не заплатив,скористався тим,зо я помилився,і не добре знаю Англійський.
