Im warning you from now, this is a VERY long review. The food is great, but its SOOOOOO overpriced, I paid 8$ for 1/10 of a lotus cheesecake and the whole cheesecake itself was small, the only lotus flavoring was the icing which had little flavor, the cheesecake (no lotus flavoring btw) itself was good, but definitely not worth 8$. I also tried the pistachio and saffron milk cake and their prized possesion, the honeycomb. The milk cakes were meh, plus the saffron taste was non existent, and the honecomb had cream cheese with honey, which is a horrible combo. All of them cost 8$ and are small slices. overpriced. The sad part is that most people put 5 stars, overshadowing taste over price, and not realizing how serious reviews should be. Local businesses should have less than 4 stars to improve on their mistakes their customers complain about. Having an extremely high rating is only going to make the business owners gain reason to screw over the customers, they will only increase shrinkflation and price for the food and drinks. And If you try to disagree with me, we are in 2024 btw. A lot of this has already happened. Now for service, honestly good. The staff are super kind, a janitor cleaned our table in insane time, but the food took ages. So you may be asking, why is the service 3 stars? Simple, the bathroom. Huh, what are you talking about? but there is a bathroom for both genders and one for females only. Why is this a problem, you may ask? my mom said the women's bathroom is huge, clean and smells like perfume and that she was going to increase her review by one OVERALL star, while the mixed bathroom smelled bad, was small, and kind of dirty.
And finally, the atmosphere. This category wont be as long since it is very simple to describe it. While the seating is very nice and the inside is clean, The music is just TOO LOUD! Final points to add, if you absolutely love this place, I would reccomend you mention the stuff you dont like so this new company can...
Read moreI got the Qamaria latte (hot with soy milk) and it was SO fragrant and delicious, I shed an internal tear when I had my first sip. The flavors instantly hit and sit on your taste buds, the latte isn’t too bitter/sweet nor too milky. They have multiple non-dairy milk options which is awesome. I also got the saffron milk cake and it was a generous serving. I inhaled half of it and started getting full when I had about 1/4 left. The saffron cake is like eating sweetened air or a rain cloud, such satisfying texture and not too sweet either.
No issues with parking and the inside itself has lots of seating! They have many tables for groups, couches, solo seating, outside/patio seating. This is the perfect place to do work solo and/or hang out with a group. Great music, friendly workers, clean, nice lighting and natural lighting and welcoming/comforting atmosphere. They also use a buzzer when you take your order, which I really like instead of waiting for them to call your name.
They also have adult and children books which I LOVEEEE, will have to go through them again next time I’m there. I already know I’m gonna be back here again in a...
Read moreStopped by Qamaria Yemeni Coffee and honestly, this place is a hidden gem for anyone who’s tired of the same old chain coffee shops. Walked in and the vibe was chill-nice décor, plenty of seating, and you can tell they actually care about the details. Ordered a latte and it came out looking legit, with some solid latte art on top. The flavor was on point-smooth, not too bitter, and you get those subtle spice notes you don’t find at most places. It’s not your standard Starbucks cup, and that’s a good thing. Tried a couple of their pastries too. The spinach croissant was flaky, buttery, and packed with filling-not dry or bland like you get at some bakeries. Also grabbed a potato sambossa, which was soft and just sweet enough. Service was friendly and quick, and the staff actually seemed happy to be there. Prices are fair for what you get, especially considering the quality. Overall, if you’re looking for something different from your usual coffee run, Qamaria is worth checking out. Great coffee, killer pastries, and a cool spot to hang out or get some work done. Will...
